Your pizza maker is more concerned Playing On His Cellphone instead of concentrating on the job at hand..making quality pizzas... I waited 40 mins for a pizza last night after we got the text saying pizza was ready for pickup! The pizza maker guy put toppings on my cheese pizza I ordered and had to make a new one.. As I stood in your pizza place the pizza maker tall kid was continuously playing on his phone... Not a good look for your company... The girl at the front Desk Kay was very nice... Time to look for a pizza maker that takes his job seriously... Pizza was supposed to be well done... It was barely cooked... I won't ever be coming back again....

Great New York style pizza. The sauce is clearly fresh and made in house. Loved the pepperoni pizza. The cheese was tasty and the pep was perfectly spiced. And the ranch also tasted fresh made.

OTTO pizza in Beverly is very good. Their pizza is one of the best, if not the best, in the whole town. The only reason for 4/5 stars is the price. A large specialty pie and their slices are far overpriced.
Employees are very friendly and welcoming. I will be back.

I order gluten free pizza from Otto’s often! As a vegetarian with a gluten sensitivity they are an awesome option for me. They have a lot of veggie toppings that other places don’t offer!

We had 3 pizzas left on our front steps. Left at wrong address. They told us to keep them. We gave two away to the neighbors, and kept the pepperoni. Very good thin crust, tasty sauce, lots of cheese! The price was listed online for $16. Definitely worth it! Spicy tho...hope someone didn't get billed twice cause they left them outside with no payment.

This pizza was supposed to be LARGE and double dough! It was short and UNDERCOOKED. For $33 it needed more time in the oven and the dough needed to be stretched out more. I brought this home hoping to have a good dinner, instead the pizza was doughy and honestly gross. I'm never coming back to this beverly location go to LYNNFIELD instead.
