First time in a long time, going to Panera and decided to get the half sandwich with soup. Half sandwich which is half the size of a regular piece of bread with tuna was $7.50. Actually, the piece of bread that they gave me was larger than the half sandwich. If it’s $7.50 for a half sandwich are they charging close to 15 for a full size sandwich?

Nowhere on your menue does it say what hour you serve what food. Like it doesn't say what time you serve breakfast, or what time you serve lunch. And the server did not understand egg on a bagle

Second time ordering off the Panera app, and door dash driver DOES NOT DELIVER THE ORDER. Spoke to the store who says we need to deal with door dash. Door dash not even finding our order. Panera takes our money, door dash gets delivery fee. We get NOTHING but a run around and aggravation. Never ordering here again.

I walked in after just realizing I forgot my wallet at home (about 50 miles away). Figured I could use my phone number to utilize points that I earn when eating here. I was able to use my points to get a cookie and coffee and the staff here was VERY nice about it!

18 minutes late for online order then game me wrong sandwiches that I didn’t find out until I got to work with all the food for my employees. Went back to the worst Panera ever and could not even give me a receipt for my return of the wrong order then had the audacity to tell me to be patient and this may take a lot of time. Final nail in the coffin my employees will enjoy another breakfast restaurant each Saturday and Panera is finally DONE and will no longer get my business no matter how convenient the location

One of the cooks was so mean. I had ordered chicken on my salad and they forgot, I went up to ask for it and she yelled at me and said NOPE SORRY YOU CANT GET IT. Like excuse me? My family just paid $95 for our meals but you forgot my chicken and can’t add it? So rude and disrespectful. I was so upset I couldn’t even eat. A waste of money!!!!! AWFUL SERVICE!!!!

The cashier had zero personality. Then I tried one of your new sandwich, the chicken bacon ranch. It was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was chewy, like rubbery. There was one piece of bacon, barely any ranch and no cheese. I'm very disappointed, and I'm sad I even chose to go in. It was absolutely not worth it.
Terrible.. expensive, cashier could not explain what an ingredient was and couldn’t find anyone else who could. Sandwich “grilled” on the inside only with Half a piece of bacon, avacado and maybe cheese. Mac and cheese was ok because it was frozen. No more Asiago bread. Now I see why it was empty!

There are worms in my Broccoli cheddar soup… I am super grossed out but I’m laughing at the same time for the fact that I was enjoying my food so much and how devastated I was when I saw the worms in it! ? If you order from here make sure you tell them to hold the worms!! unless you enjoy eating worms… As much as I would love to rant on about the worms in my soup, I have to go pick the worms out of my teeth.
