The pizza is great but the service is lacking. Called and ordered a pizza was told 25 minutes and when I arrived in 25 minutes they said I’ll make that right now. Just be honest so people aren’t hanging around waiting for 20 minutes. No apology or discount given. Love the pizza but not sure I’ll go back since this isn’t the first time this happened
I called Panini Pizza Co to place a pizza order and had an awful experience. The person on the phone was rude, had trouble communicating, and became angry about the tip I mentioned for delivery. Being upset with a customer over a tip is completely unprofessional. I was just trying to order food, not be made uncomfortable. Terrible customer service — I won’t be ordering from here again.

Pizza was left on our front porch, in the cold. Called them and manager said it's not their fault it's the delivery service. I'm sorry I left a 20% tip for an ice cold pizza. You're not even sorry? Plenty of pizza places around. Won't go there again!

I’ve had a few bad experiences here and kept going back. That ends tonight. The food is solid but not worth the very real chance of terrible service. 8 ppl that had placed phone or online orders standing there and one pizza in the oven. Staff (I think one is the owner) made zero contact (verbal, eye, anything) with all of us. It took one guy 10 minutes get the owner to just void out his order. Myself and another guy finally figured out our food had been sitting on the prep table, boxed up for 25+ minutes.

We ordered the Palermo Panini and were really disappointed. It had no flavor, and the caramelized onions and roasted peppers advertised were missing. The chicken tasted like it was just precooked, not freshly grilled. Definitely not worth the money — won’t be ordering again.

Slow service but banger paninis
The absolute worst pizza I've ever had. They actually cook in and serve it to you in an aluminum pan. Does was soft. Taste was ok but I've had way better frozen pizzas than this. Not sure what happened as it used to be good pizza. Tin pan? Really?

Got my order wrong. Guy statyed yelling at me and being aggressive. Didn't care at all. Overpriced and the pizza is terrible. Don't get there food, its gross amd all wrong. They dont care.
Said order would be ready by 11:45 and it wasn’t ready until 12:20 - called 10 times to get an update and no answer. This order was put in at 9:30am and we had 30 people at a business to serve…this was very inconvenient and at the very least, would have expected an answer to my phone calls to let me know if the food was on the way. Never going again because of this experience.
One of the best pizza around! I had a few of their sandwiches and alot of the meats had this redish seasoning on it that I did not like. This sauce or seasoning was in 3 subs so stopped getting subs from them. Still my go to pizza place in this side of Beverly!
The Italian Panini is magic, especially with the homemade potato chips
