Said order would be ready by 11:45 and it wasn’t ready until 12:20 - called 10 times to get an update and no answer. This order was put in at 9:30am and we had 30 people at a business to serve…this was very inconvenient and at the very least, would have expected an answer to my phone calls to let me know if the food was on the way. Never going again because of this experience.

One of the best pizza around! I had a few of their sandwiches and alot of the meats had this redish seasoning on it that I did not like. This sauce or seasoning was in 3 subs so stopped getting subs from them. Still my go to pizza place in this side of Beverly!

The Italian Panini is magic, especially with the homemade potato chips

I ordered a large pizza and boneless wings online. The delivery showed up 1:15 minutes later than the latest time they said it would be there. I called them over 10 times looking for my pizza with no answer. My daughter had to skip dinner and go to bed because it was too late. I ordered a large pizza, received a small and it was cold and didn’t have cheese on it?! I spent $35 for a small cold cheese less pizza and an order of cold chicken tenders.

The new owners are clueless when it comes to running a pizza joint. During busy times, orders have longer wait times than you’re being told and you may find one of your pizzas going missing when you pick it up. Quality of pizza fluctuates, but I suggest ordering during non busy hours to get decent service and a solid pie.

It's not every day that I post a review and it usually requires me to be extremely impressed or extremely disappointed... I was not disappointed so I suppose you could guess that I was, well please read on and let Google know this review helped you make a very wise decision...At first glance from the road you can see a pizza place that appears to be the same as every other typical pizza place in New England. A small strip mall with a sign above the door, the only thing missing was a 16yo boy on the sidewalk dressed as a slice of pizza. Once inside most people would agree that there's very little seating but there is a couple of tables, the menu is small compared to most other places but the variety does not disappoint. Pizza by the slice, whole pies, subs, paninis, etc.My coworkers ordered pizza slices and a Chicken Parmesan sub, I ordered the Sisilian Panini. While waiting for our meals to be made in a very meticulous manner, we couldn't help but be entertained by the giant rotating oven in the center of the kitchen. We watched as two pizzas were being hand stretched and made and I kinda joked that the pizza maker was using "total concentration" but those pizzas were more perfect than any I had ever seen.We got our food to go in a very timely manner and once we got out to the truck and had our first bites... The Panini was perfectly crisp on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside. The fresh mozzarella and basil, the chips that came with it, oh my! And the chicken Parm was so thick my coworker wasn't able to fit the whole thing in her mouth and had to work at it little bits at a time. By far the best chicken Parm she had ever had the pleasure of eating. And the slice of pizza, don't get me wrong any pizza place should be able to make a decent pizza or they won't last long, set a new standard for which all other pizza should be judged!I know this is a very wordy review but this little hole in the wall pizza place has earned a must go to review from me and that's not easily achieved. As I was saying before I am extremely impressed! If you've read this review and you then decide to try someplace else in a 100 mile radius, that's on you!Keep making fantastic food and I will be back again and again!

We used to love Panini but have not been in a while so decided to give them a try. Prices are good. Crust is excellent, probably the best in town! That said, my husband wanted to try the Fenway. I was disappointed that it does not have any sauce, just a thick layer of cheese. Not "bad" but not as flavorful as I'd hoped.Toppings were not as generous as in the past, but perhaps that's how they keep prices reasonable?? At least they were fairly evenly distributed. I would not call the onion "caramelized" and there was no basil, even though it was listed as an ingredient. Perhaps that might've bumped up the flavor a bit??We'll give them another shot, but try a different combo!
