This is exactly why I consistently emphasize my strong disagreement with Herbalife's new business model, which lacks empathy and allows individuals to exploit others. I acquired this small cup for $3.21, which is ostensibly designed for a child, and I am extremely dissatisfied. While I have the option to order tea for home delivery, I am waiting for my package and would rather not be reminded of this option.

What happened? New owners? I once LOVED this place. I called in an order for pick up, arrived 15 minutes later. Employee was chatting with her friends and had not even started to make my shakes, they were NOT busy filling other orders. I could NOT use my rewards app because they couldn't find the QR code to scan, they giggled about that! Also gave me cold power teas when I asked for warm. Shake didn't taste the same either. NEVER AGAIN. Avoid

Worst customer service! It was my first time trying and the menu was hard to understand. The ladies did not care to ask if my mom and I needed help. Made a comment, “Oh, feeding the family” for ordering more than one smoothie. I will not be returning. I'm so sad because the place is so cute.

Do not recommend. Don’t support Herbalife and Instagram friendly packaged pyramid schemes.

I was greeted by the owner at my place of work. She noticed we were feeling sluggish, so she brought us all energizing teas free of charge and provided us with coupons. Not to mention she was very informative about what was in our drinks. The drink instantly made us more focused and energized, it helped me power through my work day. Ever since then I’ve been a loyal customer. I would highly recommend this if you ever need a midday pick me up.
