Shrimp and pork was overcooked, or warmed up from being refrigerated. Expected better than this .

I love this place and frequent both this location and the Marblehead locations. The owner is super welcoming and is committed to ensuring you have a great meal and experience. My faves are the banh mi, pork ribs, sauteed vegetables, beef and broccoli, bao buns, and the spring rolls. The pork ribs are so craveable. Sticky, sweet and fall off the bone. My friend and I recently took part in the spring roll class in Marblehead and I would highly recommend that experience to others.

10 Stars, if we could. My wife and I felt like we’re let in on a well-kept secret; Sa’s inspired menu and food are exceptional, truly. Her sauces are just so f-ing good they brighten-up each and every dish; The Mango Salad, the Sticky Ribs, the Shrimp (best I’ve ever had) and then the Soups…Ohhhh the Soups. What an amazing women and visionary; Bringing such goodness to Beverly; we are in awe:) and in love w/ SOALL. See you soon, Sa!

Really love this place. Great for takeout for my family. Always high-quality stuff. Kids love the small noodle bowls. My only complaint is the wonky hours. Opening at 5 can be tough to get takeout or delivery for my young family home in time. Can’t put an order in until 5, takes some time to prepare and deliver it so usually it doesn’t show up until about 630 at the earliest. Would be great if they could push that window that they are closed back a half an hour or so that it is from 230 until 430 or something.
Kid-friendliness: Really nice $10 kids bowls.

Hours state they are open till 11 pm on Saturdays, however when we arrived at 8:30 they made us order take out stated they closed at 9 pm on a Saturday? Also another couple came in as well, stated they uber'd to get there and they wanted to dine and they turned them away. The food was okay at best.

Tasty pho. Delicious braised pork ribs.
So hard to find good Bun Vermicelli around here. They use these huge rice noodles not the thin vermicelli I’m used to at the west coast Vietnamese places. And just put a bunch of lettuce undenerneath. Boring and dry. Had to ask for the mint since last time they used basil which I’m not used to in this dish. It’s a Thai spice. Also no sriracha or jalapeños which im used to in the vermicelli dishes. So I’m still on the hunt for good Vietnamese bun.
