It’s good, but not super clean. I watched a blonde girl with a braid touch her shoe, not wash her hands and then make my bowl. Don’t know if i’ll be coming back. Solbean in Middleton is much cleaner.

We ordered are food they gave us the wrong thing so we asked for what we wanted and they last gave us attitude the hole time and even chucked mine in the trash and when we got what we wanted it didn’t taste that great for it being $10! Do not recommend coming here!

I do not recommend this place. The employees who made our food was so rude and gave attitude to us. They also chucked my friends food in the trash. Also got all of our orders wrong and when we told them they were so rude and disgusting. Never come here this was one of my worst restaurant experiences ever

Absolutely disappointed, when they first opened they were great and now the past 2 visit drinks not blended correctly and bowl add ons not added. The fact you have to pay over 10 dollars and it isn’t even edible is crazy. Writing this place off, they continue to go downhill and no one acknowledges.

Purchased two açai bowls, one with Almond butter and was told each spoon is $1,85. What a joke. One extra $$ for almond butter is fine but calculate per spoon is a joke. I've been to many Sobol and this is the only one that does this. Awful.

OK not to be dramatic but I would eat here every single day if I could afford it. I have literally driven here from Swampscott through downtown Salem during rush hour when I am craving an açaí bowl because I refuse to go anywhere else -- like, hands down the best bowls on the north shore. Close second is The Juicery in Salem. SoBol never skimps on anything & everything is soooo fresh and delicious every time, without fail. When I go in, it's usually teenagers working and they are very friendly and positive which I feel is rare these days, they are not sitting on their phones and being rude, they are genuinely customer-oriented and that speaks to the owner of the store and their ability to staff young people in the workforce. The store is always clean and there's always parking. The options for add-ons are more than any other place in the area--shout out to their cookie butter, it's heavenly and I always get extra. I rave about this place and if I didn't work full time and have a business already, I would probably work here LOL. Can't wait until the next time I get a coconut bowl with plant protein blended in, extra goji berries and extra cookie butter!
Have bought Sobol hundreds of times. Been to 4 different Sobol locations and this one sadly had least quality control. Had my worst Açaí bowl ever today forcing my hand to finally leave a review. Açaí tasted bad and almond butter was awful(just a small rock solid clump). Sadly this location, out of any I have been consistently and severely skimps on Almond butter; which happens after charging an additional fee for it. Love sobol, staff is friendly, service is good, but quality and constant skimping of almond butter needs work.

I just tried SoBol Beverly for the first time tonight!! I am blown away by how fresh, delicious, and abundant the toppings are. I'm a huge fan of smoothie/acai bowls, and I'm very hesitant to go elsewhere besides my regular bowl place--and WOW this was a win!! The staff were very friendly, all teenagers at the time I went, and they were great. I'll definitely be back, and I'll bring friends!
