A group of 9 of us celebrated my best friends birthday Friday evening. I’ve dined here before but everything and everyone was on their A-game. I’d like to shoutout our server, Thomas, who was fantastic. He had a really positive attitude and showed excitement to serve our table from beginning to end. They let us have a small cake and decorations on our table and an additional cake to eat. Our appetizers, food and drinks were served perfectly. Reasonable time, hot, and fresh....
Soma is a beautiful restaurant with a swanky vibe. The ambiance is exceptional and the homemade hummus with fresh bread is to die for-I could have just eaten that! The drinks and service were great. My pasta dish was a little lackluster and the pasta fell apart, which is usually an indication that it isn't fresh, but the other components of the dish were satisfactory. I really like the dark mood, the server was very friendly, and the food was truly delicious. I had the swordfish over risotto with asparagus and tomatoes, and it was so tasty especially with the lemon on top. The hummus had lots of garlic in it, which was so good and so fresh and the bread was extremely fresh as well. I will definitely be coming back here.
