I get in the morning it can get busy. But when it’s not and 4 other people are behind the counter standing around doing nothing drinks can be made. Ordering ahead defeats the purpose

I asked for my drink to be remade a strawberry açaí refresher which they watered down to be a light pink color. I politely ask for it to be remade because they put too much water in it, then tell me the drink is made with water (I know it’s strawberry acai + water and I also used to work at Starbucks) then they “remade” the drink by giving me the same watered down light pink strawberry açaí drink and also no light ice as I asked for so wasted both our times, money, and product. But hey I got two, 90% water strawberry açaí drinks I guess ?

There is a staff who doesn’t care & do his job he does it like “good enough “ other staffs had to take over and redo my order and they apologized for his actions. Too bad I didn’t take the pic of this guy.

This Starbucks is horrible they take forever when you order from them even if there’s nobody there and you ordered one coffee it will still take a half hour to forty five minutes and that’s if they even print out the order sometimes they forget to do it and you have to remind them. Then if you say anything no matter how polite you are you still catch an attitude from them.

if you value your time at all, you’ll go literally anywhere else. after waiting a half hour (after arriving at the store, which was already 10 minutes after placing the order), i just had to cancel it, get my money back, and go somewhere else.

I’ve waited far too long to leave this review but this might the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They have never gotten the order correct (literally not once), the coffee received always seems to have been made the night before and it genuinely seems like the staff is blindfolded while filling and making the orders. To top it all off we had the manager from this Starbucks once lash out at my husband because we had a large order (3 drinks and 4 food items) and waited 5 minutes over the estimated “ready” time in to get it in the drive through. We thought ordering ahead would help and give them more time to fill the order. When I called to ask about what the issue was and why the employee had an issue with our order (not knowing it was the manager he spoke to), the manager got on the phone and said he spoke to my husband but my husband was a “liar” and he never said anything like that (the verbal harassment I asked him about). Overall, I’m shocked they can still operate the way they do.
