I ordered my drink 17mins later. My name wasn't said nor did I see my drink on counter. So I said excuse me to 1 of the females that was working said I ordered like 15 mins ago I see every body else walk in order walk out (not mobile) she looks me dead in my eyes and says I DONT CARE with a rude voice and look on her face I said back to her no shit u don't care she said your correct I don't. As this is going on anthor worker says here is your drink. I said thank u and she continued to just give me a dirty look. Not cool STARBUCKS won't be back to this location!!!

Probably one of the more stale atmosphere Starbucks I've been to. The orders are easily corrected which is nice but there is absolutely no recognition from staff when thanking any team members when picking up my mobile order. And there seems to be a habit of allowing food orders to go through on the app only to be informed at pick-up time that the item is not available.

Parking: Would it hurt the staff to not look like they absolutely hate to be at work? There's one barista and she wears a movie mask usually and you can see the unhappiness through the mask it radiates that hard.

Very long wait time for simple items, but that's not even the issue. What I'm assuming is the manager is very rude for no reason.

everytime I pick up a delivery, I try to be patient bc I know they’re short staffed and busy.. but finally I have to say something. They see me standing there for 15-20 minutes, they know I’m waiting on something but choose to ignore me instead. it gets ridiculous and finally I say something, and guess what? The drinks were sitting there the entire time, they just didn’t bag them. Bag the drinks after you make them, and stop ignoring delivery drivers.. I always leave this location pissed off, and this is the only location this happens. other locations the staff are friendly, acknowledge you, and get you in and out as soon as they can.. but not here.

Waited 30 minutes for a drink that wasn’t even made correctly. Worst Frappacino I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.

Ended up throwing it away.

I had a great experience at this Starbucks, the staff is very nice and attentive, and the drinks were delicious. Georgia was very sweet and specifically went out of her way to make me smile and make my day brighter. Considering I am visiting from New Jersey, I’ve never been to this Starbucks but I’m glad I had the chance!

I am so sad to give this rating bc I loved this Starbucks but the past few weeks they keep getting my orders wrong and don’t pay attention. I don’t usually make any custom orders I just order venti drinks how they come and I’ve now paid for 2 pumpkin spice lattes to just get either iced coffee which makes no sense or a regular latte… I know everyone makes mistakes but idk how I can continue to come here if this keeps happening

I love this Starbucks location a lot but I dislike when they don’t properly make/shake the drinks.

The refreshers are supposed to come mixed together from the shaker and poured into the cup but sometimes the barista pours two liquids into the same cup. I don’t want to be drinking straight up lemonade then the mango base.

The store wasn’t busy and this was a mobile order so they had plenty of time to make it the way they are trained to.

It’s straight up laziness and not ok or presentable.

The service is pretty good, they are very nice and friendly the only thing I don’t like is that they play music too high. If you are going to work or study I do not recommend this Starbucks. For the rest it’s ok.

Half an hour to get my coffee ! I ordered at 915 the app said your order is ready at 925 and I waited h til 945!! I ordered a salted caramel cold foam and there was 0 cold foam they put whipped creame. A half hour for an awful coffee. I do not have time for this. There should be a way to refund and leave.
