the worst customer service. every time i’ve given business to this specific starbucks has been an unpleasant experience. today who i presumed to be the manager there didn’t sell me my drink because according to him they don’t have strainers to strain the fruit out. you guys advertise yourselves as baristas but do not have a strainer? every other starbucks seems to have one so maybe you guys should step your game up. never going again!

The fat guy who works here is soooo rude. The Hispanic girl is soooo nice and always has a great attitude. He makes the worst drinks and always has an attitude. Charged me $1.00 for extra Carmel and barely gave me two pumps. And he said so rude “that’s what we always give” if I pay an extra dollar on a $9 drink I want extra caramel. No other Starbucks has done that or been so rude

This Starbucks is unreliable. There's only one worker. If something runs out, the counter is unmanned for sometimes even 20-30 minutes. You're better off finding a different Starbucks. Hoping the main office creates a better working environment for their workers here and hiring more people instead of overworking their current workers.

Only one worker and hasn't been trained to make a frappuccino.Also couldn't even get a correct lid for the cup after the second time, but i let that slide because it seemed like she was having a stressful day,

Went to get the girls And we were told that they had no other strawberry agaves or Any of the iced coffees have hot coffee that's it no if it was because it was like an hour Any of the iced coffees have hot coffee that's it no if it was because it was like an hour Therefore they come more than a sufficient amount of time to still be serving they probably should have closed just hot coffee. Very bad experience it likely bothered her to come over and take our order. UGH!?♀️
