The drinks are amazingly good, I’ve had milk teas at many different locations and this by far has been the best. My 8 year old daughter who is extremely picky with her honeydew milk tea also approved! The customer service was also great, very friendly and professional and the decor was so cute!
It’s great to be able to choose the sugar level, and there are many flavors and toppings. The decor is cute and they have ice cream and a waffle snack too!

I really want to like this place, but every time I've been in it has been severely understaffed. Literally there is just one person working behind the counter at any given time, which means a long wait to order and a long wait for your items. The boba teas themselves are good, but I had a very strange experience trying to try one of their waffles. The menu inside says that one can order a "small waffle with ice cream" or a "large waffle with ice cream." There are pictures here in the Google reviews that seem to show those items! But when I tried to order a small waffle with ice cream, the woman at the counter told me that the menu is "wrong" and there is no such thing available. It was very odd!

If all you want is fantastic boba tea with friendly service, this is the place for you. Their menu is extensive, the customizable options are plenty, and prices are good. And the make or break factor with any boba shop is the freshness of the boba. Even though only minutes from closing time, the boba was still perfect! Though not much seating, and sparsely decorated, you will forget that as you play Uno, chess and other games lying around, be filled with joy at the ear-to-ear smiles and contagious laughter coming from the owner, and the incredible taste of their teas and smoothies. Highly recommended!
Dietary restrictions: The smoothies are non-dairy, so perfect for my son with a milk allergy.
Best boba in Beverly, hands down. Who cares about decor when the drinks are this good? The staff is absolutely lovely, super friendly(but not fake friendly) and accommodating. Sweet Boba is absolutely a highlight and not to be missed!

the boba here is the perfect consistency. i really liked the thai tea. they have plenty of dairy free options/alternatives. service is quick and the cafe itself is spacious and comfy. they also have waffle pops, brownies, bubble egg waffles, slush, smoothies, and ice cream. definitely worth a visit! ?

AMAZING DRINKS AND SERVICE! I got the dirty ube crème brûlée which was out of this world! Definitely 10/10. I also recommend the bubble waffles with ice cream! Will be coming here more often.
