We were on the hunt for sushi and stumbled upon this fantastic gem of a restaurant. We were warmly greeted upon entering and it just got better from there. Nick was our server and he's exceptional. Informative, friendly, and attentive. It was a Saturday evening and it filled up pretty quickly after we arrived, but we were made to feel like we had the place to ourselves. The food was so delicious. We had an assortment of maki rolls, fish dishes, (don't sleep on the edamame with truffle, boneless chicken tenders and rock shrimp appetizers) We will definitely be back!

We had the most perfect girls night on Taku! Only waited 5 minutes for a table outside on the patio, which had minimal street noise. Our waitress, Janely, was very knowledgeable of the menu and the manager Beatrice was SO accommodating and made it a very entertaining night for us girls ☺️ The spicy edamame, shisito peppers, and Truffle Toro roll were 1000000/10!!
