This is an excellent place for an authentic bagel! I had The Nova and it was delicious! The fire was going and the manager was so nice. Amazing place with a ton of choices. Highly recommend!
While this place had good food and drink the service is absolutely lacking. The older gentleman seemed flustered with two orders at the same time and the presumably high-school aged person at the front desk could not get my order right and interrupted me, not rudely, when I tried to clarify my order. I had to repeat myself 3 times to get my order through. And at the end they didn't even charge me correctly, then forgot I ordered a bagel. I reminded them and then I had to...
