We had a wonderful meal at Toscana. Fabiola was our waitress and she was excellent. The food was outstanding as usual. It is a little loud in the restauraunt and the 2-person high top tables are pretty small. Other than that it was 5 star.

First time visiting Salem, staying in Beverly and booked a reservation at Toscana for a birthday dinner celebration. Top notch service from the moment we walked in the door! Greeted nicely, they reserved a lovely table by the window as requested, and there was even a birthday card message on the table! The food was impeccable, one of the best meals I've ever had! We had the gnocchi fretti, bolognese and chicken parm. All were amazing! The espresso martini was so delicious! Thank you for making a special occasion the absolute best it could be for us! We would highly recommend this restaurant!

We had a great experience from the time we entered the front door. We were greeted quickly and the greeter was pleasant and efficient. We were seated promptly and given menus by our waitress, who we know from past visits and she instantly remembered us as well. She was excellent, made us feel right at home, answered all of our questions and helped us choose from the menu. The food was excellent, homemade pasta and sauce that was just delicious. We will definitely be back again soon!

Jackie, Theresa and Shannon are absolute hospitality rockstars. Our ressy was a bit behind on seating ( some slow diners) and they were so kind, and kept us up to date with timing, took care of a snack and some bevs while we waited. The ambiance was perfect, happy chatter, low lighting and Italian faves playing softly in the background. The food, amazing start to finish, the meatballs, Caesar salad, calamari and antipasto board were licked clean, the chicken parm and chicken broccoli rigatoni were amazing, chicken parm was thin and crispy (just how it should be) and the desserts, tiramisu, lava cake and crème Brulé were the perfect end to a great meal. The cocktails were amazing, the hot and dirty was my fave, the wine list has some great bottles for a really good price. They were also super accommodating to my service dog. 10/10 all around, we can't wait to be back ! 
Booked a reservation 2 weeks in advance and got seated next to bathrooms. Not a fan of when that happens. For a small restaurant, didn't seem to get attention at our table. Server asked what our meal order was before she even mentioned with the specials were. Then it took forever to get bread and I had asked for grated cheese with the bread but didn't get it. I dressed warm, but it was still very cold in the restaurant with air conditioning blowing on our table. They did seem to turn it down a bit once mentioned. Shrimp risotto was way too salty and tough to eat. My partner got chicken Milanese and she liked it. Didn't get app and got coffee for dessert which was good. Too many other restaurants offering better food for these prices. Sorry Toscana Beverly.

From the moment we entered Toscana it was perfect. Theresa greeted us and kept checking on us because we arrived 10 minutes early and we were waiting for the table to be ready. Nadine took care of us and she was like Theresa.. funny warm kind and personable. Nadine told me the lollipop lampchops were the best she ever had after I inquired about them and she was 💯 right!! The pork tenderloin special was also the best I've ever had and o hope they add it to the menu permanently. My husband's shrimp diavolo was spicy and delicious. Incredible food and staff. ❤️
