How anyone could give this place a bad review makes no sense to me. You've probably already read from the other reviews that the staff is incredible, but truly -- they are. They are so kind and welcoming to every single person that comes in. Aside from that, the coffee is AMAZING! They have so many different flavors to choose from and you can customize any drink however you like (even if it's not on the menu). Also, the breakfast sandwiches... wow. Kevin and Lindsay provide exceptional service. They are personable, friendly and welcoming. They have an amazing knack for remembering regulars and what they order... being in the industry myself- I'm always impressed! The coffee is delicious with a spin on fun flavors, and the bagels..... no exaggeration, best I've ever had. Blows Bagel World right out of the park. Highly recommend this Beverly staple!!
