7 Nana Japanese Steakhouse

This place is okay for sushi as I come here maybe once a month 😞 but you have to be careful. Sometimes they sell frozen sushi to you as fresh which is not good. I am very much a sushi carnivore and have eaten a lot to know when when fresh and Frozen are used. They had a new executive chef for sushi and he did a great job in presentation but the quality afterwards when he left I assume went downhill presentation is not the same anymore 😞 I go to other sushi places that are better quality wise and service wise .Overall service and food is okay as well as the price. I hope the new ownership is better as well as the quality of the food and selection 🤐 Even when I put a one star for rating it still puts three stars. Not good

Best all you can eat sushi with kitchen favorites and desserts so affordable sooo yummy and and it keeps coming!!! Extremely reasonable prices. Great customer service friendly staff great cocktails. Try the miso soup it's the best I've ever had!!

Apparently they are CLOSED. You don't learn that until you waste time entering in your whole order and selecting a pickup time ... Then you find out they are CLOSED until May 14. I called, no one answered.

Don't waste your time. Their ordering app is tedious on a good day, but when it lets you walk thru the whole process before telling you they are closed ... That says a lot about how they see their customers.

Best customer service and amazing food!! Me and my husband stopped by on a whim a couple months ago and have visited atleast 6 times since (and we don't get out alot). We usually sit at the bar to order drinks and a few appitizers.... everything is SO, so delicious (and esthetically pleasing). By the 2nd time we went, the bartender, Jayney, remembered our drink preferences, food allergies and even asked how our sons hockey season was going. She always offers great food recommendations and great conversation. We try different food every time and are never disappointed (omg, beef udon soup tonight was so good and every hand roll we have ever tried). We loved it so much that we decided to bring a dozen people to check out the teppanyaki for a birthday celebration last month. It was soo entertaining that my face hurt from laughing the next day. Our chef was hilarious and that food was really great too! I love this place.

WOW still in the parking lot at Nana 7 with my bestie to celebrate my birthday! Yoga was AMAZING! Staff was very very attentive and so beyond kind and happy. It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to a restaurant where all staff is smiling and happy to be there. Thank you for amazing night , I’m so happy we came here tonight

Our experience was extremely disappointing. Shortly after we were seated, the server accidentally spilled water on my brother. While accidents happen and we brushed it off, the service continued to decline from there. My brother and I stepped out to a store next door for about 20 minutes while our sister remained at the table, yet during that time no one took our order or even asked if the table wanted drinks.

When we returned, it took another 10 minutes just to get the server’s attention to place our order, and when they finally did, the interaction felt rushed and rude. The food eventually arrived but was overly salted and unsatisfying. To make matters worse, after the food was delivered no one checked on our table, and we had to actively search for the server just to pay the check. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and poor service made for a very unpleasant experience.

The waitress was extremely rude. Did sushi ayce. Went to order some more and she told me I need to finish my plate first dictating how I eat and when I eat…when I first walked in and sat down she told me I need to put how many pieces in each of my order? Never had this experience here before but I’m never going back.
