Above the Clouds catered our 40th anniversary party, which turned out to be everything we hoped it would be. Dan and Silvia arrived promptly at 9am as promised, and had everything under control in our kitchen (which they left spotless at the end of the event). The food was wonderful and beautifully prepared, from appetizers to dessert (we ate a lot of dessert!), and the servers were as nice as could be. They made an effort to get to know everyone and made sure to serve second helpings of everyone's favorites.The Above the Clouds team was so easy to work with, I didn't have to worry about a thing. From our first contact until the day of the event, Silvia and Dan made sure I had everything I needed and were always so pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best catering company around.

I was just cleaning and came across our wedding menu from October 2015. To this day (almost 5 years later) people STILL talk about the food at our wedding! Dan and Silvia were amazing to work with, I remember them very fondly, just really really awesome people. Their serving staff was great as well. They worked with our budget and created an amazing array of hors d'oeuvres, dishes, and a pasta bar. I liked that we were able to try the menu well before the wedding. We had a fall wedding and the ingredients they used reflected this which I liked. I just can not say enough how amazing the food was. I remember my friends joking that the food changed their life. Sorry my review is so late, but hopefully it just goes to show how amazing this company is!!

I am a genius. I know this to be true because everyone at our rehearsal dinner told me so. I humbly accepted these accolades but everyone knew the real talent was Dan and Silvia Moss and their Above the Clouds Catering team. They were able to serve dinner and dessert for 36 out of their truck seemingly without breaking a sweat. Beyond that, they delivered a completely customized menu featuring dishes from both Chinese and Irish culinary traditions. Good luck finding another caterer willing to try that. Not only did they deliver, but natives of each country complimented the authenticity and taste as "just like they remembered" from home. Dan and Silvia were delightful to work with during planning and their team worked well on site, both amongst themselves and when engaging our diverse guests. They made me look like a genius. By hiring ATC to cater your event I have no doubt you will too.

They listened to our desires, anticipated every need and delivered a WILDLY successful event--truly perfection. Fresh shucked oysters all night, gorgeous beef sliders, rosemary infused lamb lollipops, a Mediterranean station, sumptuous desserts, and enough vegetarian dishes to satisfy our vegan and vegetarian friends and family. If we could give them 10 stars we would. As our first anniversary approaches, we think we may bring them back--albeit for a smaller group--to share the magic all over again. But on top of it, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating in the planning process, and honestly just so much fun to have as part of our celebration. The perfect mix of "we are taking care of everything, go mingle" and "we will be lovely to every single one of your guests, even when they are talking to us while we are trying to create amazing food". They brought one assistant, Carole, to pass food and drinks for my party of ~30 people, and she was just fantastic. She made everyone feel immediately comfortable the moment they walked through the door, which I hadn't expected.
