I mean it's Chipotle! Sometimes it's dry because it's been sitting out and not being used and other times it's fresh off the grill and it's amazing it really all depends on what time you go and what you order. Also check the Tortilla chips before you leave a couple of times I've gotten stale chips and I've already been at home when realizing it so always double check your order and taste Before getting all the way home if you placed a to go...
The Billerica location always seems to be run well with appropriate portions and friendly staff. I spoke with the manager on one visit and they take pride in their workplace. I would recommend this location above others in the area

This is the best Chipotle in greater Lowell. I live closer to the Drum Hill location but always go out of my way to go to this location. Portion sizes are good whether you order in person or on the app.
