I mean it's Chipotle! Sometimes it's dry because it's been sitting out and not being used and other times it's fresh off the grill and it's amazing it really all depends on what time you go and what you order. Also check the Tortilla chips before you leave a couple of times I've gotten stale chips and I've already been at home when realizing it so always double check your order and taste Before getting all the way home if you placed a to go...
The Billerica location always seems to be run well with appropriate portions and friendly staff. I spoke with the manager on one visit and they take pride in their workplace. I would recommend this location above others in the area

I have to say, this Chipotle has seriously gotten their act together over the past few years. Food is always fresh and hot, store is usually clean and staff is on their game. Portion sizes are also incredible here, quite worth the money. My only complaint is there is one employee there who always seems very grumpy and not happy to be there. She is typically working register, and every time just seems miserable....
