Stopped by 7/20 @ 6:45 via drive thru. Cashier with blonde hair was unbelievably rude. Rolled her eyes when I asked for an adjustment to my coffee. Then proceeded to aggressively hand my coffee to me when she finished. Please don’t have someone with such an attitude servicing people at the start of their day. All it takes is one wrong CUSTOMER to react irrationally. Will absolutely be following up with management as well as franchise / corporate management regarding this.
usually i order ahead but i’m glad i didn’t because there was no one there. it was kind of surreal with the music playing and all the drive thru orders flashing on the screen. i thought i could hear someone in the back bangin around but no one ever came out

Yesenia was very rude. They put my order in incorrectly, I asked several times for it to be fixed and she ignored me along with her trainee who said, "I don't know this is what you owe". Dunkins has always been awful and now I remember why I don't go there even when I have a free gift card.
