Yesenia was very rude. They put my order in incorrectly, I asked several times for it to be fixed and she ignored me along with her trainee who said, "I don't know this is what you owe". Dunkins has always been awful and now I remember why I don't go there even when I have a free gift card.

Stopped by 7/20 @ 6:45 via drive thru. Cashier with blonde hair was unbelievably rude. Rolled her eyes when I asked for an adjustment to my coffee. Then proceeded to aggressively hand my coffee to me when she finished. Please don’t have someone with such an attitude servicing people at the start of their day. All it takes is one wrong CUSTOMER to react irrationally. Will absolutely be following up with management as well as franchise / corporate management regarding this.

usually i order ahead but i’m glad i didn’t because there was no one there. it was kind of surreal with the music playing and all the drive thru orders flashing on the screen. i thought i could hear someone in the back bangin around but no one ever came out

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. When I went to Dunkin' donuts at this location it was immediate rudeness. The workers were pushy, they kept rushing me, and had a very bad tone. When I ordered my food they told me they ran out of the item I asked for. I went to ask for something else and they told me "why do you have to order so much food can you just leave already" I was disgusted by this and very upset it seemed fat shaming in a way. After the rude comment I tell the worker "excuse me!" He says in return "nothing just hurry up with your order" I was astonished by what happened and was too offended that I had to leave. After I left I came back the next day at a different time in the drive through hoping the same rude worker wasn't there. The same worker wasn't there but I was still in for some more drama. As I came up to the drive through speaker the worker goes "what do you want" in such a bitchy tone. I was furious by how rude these people are. I still put in my order and go up to the window to collect my food. As I grab my order the worker asked "do you need napkins". I didn't quite hear what they said so I asked them to repeat it. After I asked the worker to repeat what he said he states "get the f*** up outta here" I couldn't believe what just happened such rudeness is insane, and the fact that this came from two different people is terrifying I can only imagine many rude employees work there. Definitely won't come back to this location. Also the place was very smelly and not clean

We ordered 5 items in the drive through and then said this women said ordered 'too much food' and when we mentioned that we've ordered 5 things she said 'and you're continuing order so it's too much.' Been ordering Dunkin' Donuts for 10 years never had something like this happen, worst Dunkin' Donuts experience I ever had, my favorite fast food has been ruined by this one girl employee, I will be calling the manager once they are in tmr, terrible service.

Terrible and slow customer service. Not only did I wait in line for over 20 mins, I could not order more than 5 food items? I’ve never been at any place that sells food that limits you unless it was a specialty item. They’ve completely wasted my time and load and behold drive down the street and they took all of my orders. Line is always long. Not because they are busy but because service is painfully slow.
