Food is delicious! We got beef lo mein, crab Rangoon, and egg rolls. I have eaten here many times, great place to grab an adult beverage and some food. Everyone is very welcoming.

Food is great! Family style and they offer hot pot. I love that the waitress takes time to explain menu if you have any questions. Drinks are great! Nothing fancy about the location inside there is a bar in the front and restaurant seating on the side. Will be back here again.

We've only ever gotten takeout from this restaurant. It's consistently tasty, although the scallion pancakes are a bit hit or miss. Excellent beef and chicken teriyaki, pork fried rice, crab Rangoon, spare ribs, egg rolls, and other pupu platter items. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the food is fresh.

My husband and I were visiting family in the area and decided to stop for a light dinner of soup and an appetizer. We ordered the house soup and the Peking ravioli. The soup was okay. It had a lot of meat and vegetables..but not a lot of flavor. The Peking ravioli which was like a dumpling. The ravioli dough was way too thick and they were cold. We asked the server if they were meant to be cold - and she apologized. She took them back and we believe they were zapped in the microwave. The service was good. I would say there was a lot of ambiance Not sure we'd go again if/when we're in the area

So I went to eat hot pot with my mom because she been wanting to eat it for awhile and we usually come here because it's closer to home, we went we ate I had 2 beers everything was good we stayed a lil bit after because i was trying to finish my beer about 5 mins in there was 1 waiter and 1 waitress serving us, mind you the bill came out to 198 and I tipped 15 dollars the waiter came back and said the waitress didn't like that I didn't tip 10 percent like I'm suppose to remember how much percent i was generous enough to tip, I'm like what I just paid damn near 200 bucks at your restaurant and you're gonna complain about my tip isn't enough, they should be happy I ate there and spent that much I could've made it at home and saved me some money and the waiter had the nerve to flash his money like I care, ruined my meal and I was with my mom, can't help someone who's unappreciative they will never see me step foot In there ever again they lost a loyal customer.

I use to go to Golden Crown until they closed. Tried a few different places and then I found Purple Bamboo. The food is great and I was amazed at how friendly the staff is. That's a big plus for me. Prices are great along with the portions. It's my only place I go to for Chinese food now.
