The manager, Parsa, treats his employees terribly and then plays the victim. The people who work there are wonderful -- they deserve a better boss. The store is going downhill because of HIM, not the baristas.

In store is very run down and needs attention. They only had 3 tables in the entire store, pallets of merchandise just sitting in the main area and a chalkboard labeled September despite visiting in December.Edit: Dropping down to 1 start. Owner's response that I need to fill in some form to have them actually care about the state of their own store is ridiculous! I already spent some of my time to provide feedback and now they ask for more. Absolutely disgusted by this.

Mobile orders were being done before mine. People ordering complicated coffee drinks had their order ready before mine. I took my refund and left.
