Bad value for money!!
We, a group of 5, ordered 2x burgers (1x classic, 1x signature), 2x 110 chicken caprese, 1/2 house salad, and gnocchi bolognese to be delivered.
The main dishes tasted good, but the portions were much smaller than advertised -- great portions for a light meal, but not what is listed on their website. For example, the gnocchi was advertised as 1810 cal but it seemed to me to be about half the size of a Chicken Alfredo from Olive Garden (which they list as 1570 cal), and quite a bit more expensive. Similarly, the Chicken Capreses consisted of a single average sized chicken filet and a side of 1/2 ceaser salad (without dressing) -- again, a great light meal, but definitely not 1100 cal.
That said, the burgers and the house salad were both much closer to our expectations.
A secondary issue we ran into is that the lettuce for the ceaser salad sides seemed a bit old (though the house salad was fresh), and the signature burger came with normal buns -- we were expecting sweet potato buns.
Overall, it is not an experience I can recommend.
Everything about this place was great. It was Sunday afternoon and they even had a live guitar performance going on. The worst thing is people seem to not know where it is. With the design of the retail lots the created this cute walkable area with shops and restaurants, but it’s practically hidden by a theater and another large restaurant covering the entrance. Anyways, worth checking out!
We were seated at 6:15 and didn’t receive drinks u til 6:50 pm. Our food arrived after an hour. Spoke to manager who said they were down a server and we left without eating since food was cold. Will not be returning! I no longer recommend this restaurant when here are many others in the area.
3 times I have sat at the bar unable to get the bartender to even look at me.
Fairly upscale place for being so close to South Bay. Food and drinks were great. Service couldn't have been any better.
I had never eaten here before. Our waiter Bob was very nice and helpful. The food was delicious. I would definitely come back.
The service is some of the worst I've experienced in Boston. Took 30 minutes to get one drink at the bar in a mostly empty restaurant. Servers stand beside the bar and are chatting the whole time. No wonder food/drinks take forever and it's basically empty here. I get better service at a drive thru
Been one of my favorite spots in the South Bay area. Outside your normal restaurants gives you more of a classy feel but still can come casual and order a burger if that’s what you like. My faves are the Salmon and Swordfish steak. There’s apps are also really good

Empty on a Thursday early evening should warn new diners to be aware .
I noticed dirty tables as the bartender recommended the cheeseburger..
It was Absolutely horrible, I can't even describe it. The lettuce and tomato was dull in color like it was picked out of the garbage.
The server then recommended the chicken sandwich, it was gross as well. As I watched other diners eat I noticed them asking for condiments to dress up the bland food they were eating and may be use to .
Some guy in a chef coat was expediting orders in an empty restaurant, maybe he should be in the open kitchen working on better recipes to overprice.
Just a place taking advantage of people.

Brilliant staff, except for the manager, who was very withdrawn. Food could be hotter and if you order a starter and a main be aware they arrive together!

I called at 5pm for a 6pm pickup thinking they may be busy and I wanted to make sure the food would be ready by the time I arrived because I didn't have time to wait for it. The girl who answered paused when I mentioned it for 6pm and I said I was going to get the butternut squash ravioli (since it was highlighted on the 110 Grill IG). She said they weren't busy and to call back closer to the time I needed the food. When I was 15 minutes away I called again. I asked to order the butternut squash ravioli. She tells me they sold out. Now I am disappointed because if they weren't busy and if I asked for it 45 minutes ago, why couldn't the order just be placed. I called back a 3rd time because I needed to change my order, changed it to gnocchi bolognese ($24.50). I picked it up and asked the guy at the host stand about it being sold it. He proceeded to tell me they don't have it, then said they weren't given the items to make it. I take my food and leave because I was in a rush. About 1.5 hours later I was looking at the receipt and realized I was charged an extra $3 so I call the restaurant. Probably the girl who answered the first 2 times picked up. I asked "are the prices online accurate" and she replied "yeaaaa", like why ask a stupid question. I told her what I ordered and the price online ($24.50) but the total when I paid, before tip was $27.45. I asked why I was charged $3 extra and she was like maybe tax and I said "$3 in taxes, that doesn't seem right". She responded, "you don't need to speak to me like a child". I said maybe 2 sentences during our conversation so far and literally asked her a question in a normal tone. She put someone else on the phone and he told me there was around a $1.50 packing fee and then taxes which is why it was $3 more. If I was in person, she would have gotten an attitude right back. Also, where on the website does it state you will be charged a packing fee? Between false advertisement, poor customer service and adding on fees the customer is unaware of, this really has ruined my opinion of this restaurant. Also, for $24.50+, this was probably the smallest pasta dish I ever got.

Had the gnocchi chicken piccata. Tasted great. Also had Jack's Abby Banner City beer which I always liked because of its mild taste.

Food not hot, waitstaff not familiar with the menu, ordered wrong item. Had to hunt down waitstaff at one point. Don’t know if it is just this location or all of them-probably will not try any others.
Parking: Parking in large shopping area lit-restaurant around a side street with virtually no parking.

Really cool place, easy to do a takeout order. Lots of parking around. I had the Gluten free fish and chips with fries. Pretty good, but not excellent. I was glad to find gluten free, dairy free and soy free in Boston.
