I wouldn't recommand that store. I ordered a month ago a snare drums Ludwig LM403 for more than 500€ and I got only one answer after my first mail, but no answer to my following mails, to my mobile messages neither. I am still waiting to be delievered or to have my money black. Don't trust them.

I very rarely write reviews, but after being a customer for over 5 years, I felt like it was necessary. 247 drums is without a doubt the best drum store within an hour drive of Boston, and worth a drive from further. Here’s why:Pros:The cymbal boutique in Boston has such a ridiculously unique and good collection of hats, crashes and especially rides (seriously the best collection of rides I have seen). There are many excellent new cymbals, but where this store shines is by always having a wide variety of high quality used cymbals at very fair, to extremely great prices. The used selection does vary pretty frequently from my experience. Every time (which is many) I’ve been to this store, I’ve head amazing, rare cymbals that you wouldn’t see at your average drum store.I have been to almost every drum store in the north east and others in different parts of the country. I also buy and sell drums and cymbals on Craigslist all the time and have a strong grasp on current markets and used prices. This store by far offers the best and most fair store credit for trade in value for drums and cymbals compared to every other drum store I’ve seen, and it’s not even close.I have also gotten equally good deals on quality kits and snares over the years at the Winchester location.I have also seen Sergio, the owner, go out of his way to be particularly kind and accommodating to children/young drummers buying cymbals, snares and kits over the years. As a public school teacher in Boston and a kid who grew up playing drums, I believe this is an important part of being a drum store owner.The only cons if any are this:The stores (cymbal boutique and Winchester store) do not have a crazy amount of super high end (arguably over priced) snare drums, like some other drum stores I’ve seen. Still, there are always many middle to super high end snares of varying of styles and brands. You could definitely find a snare you’re happy with.The other only con I’d say is that the cymbal boutique is by appointment. At times this can be inconvenient as life is busy for everyone. However, Sergio has always been communicative and it’s never been too difficult to find a time that works if you reach out via call or txt.You should definitely reach out to Sergio before going to either store.If you’re looking for kits, snares, or especially cymbals and live in the Boston area or are traveling through, I strongly recommend giving this place a shot! The cymbals have magic here.

I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to take the time to do this one. In the past few years, I have made several to purchases and I have always found this company super professional. In fact, whether I have made personal purchases or big orders for my school, 247 has been always on time and top of everything. They are taking care of their customers and they want to make everyone happy(and they are very good at it). They respond right away either via email or via phone which makes life easy(especially when you teach and buy for a public school). 247 is the only place where I purchase instruments because I feel like I am buying from a family member.
