Their wings are pretty poor. They definitely come out of a box and have a ton of coating on them that seems to fall off while you try to eat them.

We had a few hiccups during dinner. However, Hannah our waitress was outstanding, and the manager was very gracious in assisting us. What could have been a bad experience turned into a great one. We will be back soon.

Disappointing. Service was very slow, out of certain brands of beer. Also, one order came out wrong twice. Server never came over to help with the problem. Manager did come over to apologize- person was in rest room - said she would come back . She never did but walked by our table multiple times.

Very busy night with a concert next door. Hannah was fantastic. Awesome food and drink selection. Taco Bowl and Wagyu Burger were great choices. For dessert we had the S'mores. Wow!!! Just the presentation was amazing. Can't wait to come back.

We spent a few hours hanging out and drinking at the bar. The manager, Danielle, and the bartender, Martino, were both fantastic to talk with. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Boston.

Had reserved a table. Came in sat right away and was greeted by our server within minutes. The menu had something for everyone. For the 4 of us I had a sandwich, my son a pizza, my husband and appetizer and our friend a vegetation bowl. We all agreed food was great

I went here for lunch today and it was very good. I got the Royale burger which was a smash burger. As I was eating my burger. My father opened a ketchup bottle and it literally exploded all over my dad’s fit, my shirt and my new meta sunglasses (not even 24hrs old btw). That incident was uncontrollable and I understand things happen and our waitress was very understanding and gave us 20% off. It was very kind and thoughtful, and they even offered me new glasses cleaners. Very nice staff.
A&B Kitchen is a great choice for a quicker, sit down place to eat. It has quite a selection on the menu too, but I had the Royale Burger. It was cooked to perfection and very great. I’m leaving this 5 star review, however, for the service. We had an accident there, with a ketchup bottle. I’ve never seen anything like it. When we opened the bottle, it exploded, and ketchup went everywhere. However, the staff was quick to respond, helping clean and even generously giving our entire meal a very nice discount (which wasn’t even needed). They acted immediately and professionally, even for this accidental mess. If you’re looking for a nicer bar to enjoy great food, service, and city views, I’d recommend A&B.

Service was terrible, took us 2 hours to order food. starters came out at the same time as the mains and the burgers were cold and just covered in grease the plate looked like a lake. The server was nice and tried to rectify it but we waited over 20 mins for drinks when there were 7 people in the restaurant.
