We celebrated my birthday last night. The night was perfect- a warm welcome, service (everyone was friendly and attentive) and our dinner was delicious! Love my rib eye and cooked to perfection, crab cake, Caesar salad, baked potato and the brussel sprouts were amazing! We enjoyed the birthday chocolate cake with yummy whipped cream, too. Thanks for making my night so enjoyable! We will be back😀🎂

We were there early Sunday for brunch in January - so not the busiest time. We were the first to be seated. When empty, this restaurant has an unpleasant smell to it. I ordered what I thought would be corned beef hash. However, from the menu description of shaved beef hash should have tipped me off. To me this was Philly cheese steak mixture over breakfast potatoes with an egg on top. Very greasy. If I had read the menu more carefully I would have chosen a lighter option. Service was good. It's just that the place was cold, very quiet, smelt unusual and the food was heavier and greasier than i remembered from previous visits. Somehow the vibe was off this visit.

We chose Abe & Louie's for a special birthday celebration, it was a fabulous choice. From the moment we were greeted by Valet, and Reception we felt welcomed. Our waitress Aryona was positively awesome, attentive and efficient. Our party of six enjoyed a multitude of selections from appetizer's and entrees. Baked Stuffed Lobster, Shrimp cocktail, Caesar salads, and Oysters & King Crab Legs. Each was presented with perfection and they tasted delicious. Each bottle of wine, cocktail or Champagne were brought to the table with care. Our entrees included Bone in Rib eye, Kurobuto Bone-in Pork Chop, Rosemary crusted Rack of Lamb, each and every meal was cooked to perfection and tasted phenomenal. All sides were even over the top awesome. Last but not least our various desserts were positively delightful, especially the seven layer chocolate cake! We all agreed that Abe & Louie's is a definite stand out in Boston Dining. We highly recommended you visit, you won't be disappointed!

Celebrated Wedding Anniversary. Great exprriemce; kind, accommodating and very friendly staff. Food was excellent; no issues at all with food preparation. Great atmosphere. Upbeat and positive. Our last visit was 10 years ago. I joked we our waiter that we will not let another 10 years go by before we return.

First let me start by saying GET THE STEAK- our party of 5 ordered NY strips and filet mignons. We cut cut them with a butter knife. One person in our party is gluten-free and the waiter took care of providing her with gluten-free rolls and adjusting the cook on the brussels sprouts to accommodate. Service 10/10. Martinis 10/10. Food 10/10.
