Great food. It may seem a bit pricey, but the portion sizes are great, so you won't leave here hungry. The service and atmosphere were also fantastic! I got the carbonara and I'd highly recommend it.
We went back to Boston 5 years later and ate here and it was still great. Everything felt fresh and was perfectly seasoned. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Boston and it’s off the main strip so I liked that.
When traveling for work, it’s the small comforts that can make a city feel like home.
In Boston, my first stop is always Al Dente, a cozy Italian spot tucked away in the North End. I’ve been dining there since 2000, and was thrilled to see this family-owned gem survive the pandemic. Yesterday, I went back for dinner—and of course, ordered my usual.
