A unique flatbread filled with ground split peas that are infused with mix of Indian and Caribbean spices and seasonings.
Buss-Up Shot Roti (Paratha)
A Trinidad and Tobago original flatbread (roti) which is tender, moist, buttery and flakey. It is beaten, in local parlance, "buss-up" into pieces while on the griddle. It is used to dip into the curried meats and veggies for an unforgettable bite bursting with flavors.

It’s not okay be running out of food at a restaurant at 5pm. When customers come in you should be greeting them or telling them you’ll be with them in a min, not leaving them standing there wondering if they’re going to be helped while everyone behind the counter is doing their own thing.

Their food is really divine in tasty, and I love all the flavors that they put in!

Vegetarian options: I like having vegetarian options, because they added lotta flavor!

Dietary restrictions: I think their food is Halal so it’s nice to go to a restaurant where I can eat and be a good Muslim at the same time.

My only go to for Trinidadian food. The prices are increasing. $10 for veggie Roti. $4.50 for Roti skin. But, gotta pay for greatness!

Vegetarian options: Pumpkin, Channa, Potato, Rice & Peas, White Rice, Yellow Rice, mango chutney, apple & pepper sauce
