A unique flatbread filled with ground split peas that are infused with mix of Indian and Caribbean spices and seasonings.
Buss-Up Shot Roti (Paratha)
A Trinidad and Tobago original flatbread (roti) which is tender, moist, buttery and flakey. It is beaten, in local parlance, "buss-up" into pieces while on the griddle. It is used to dip into the curried meats and veggies for an unforgettable bite bursting with flavors.

I'm a big fan of Ali's. The bussup seemed a little stodgy this time. I still loved it though. I was a little bummed that they were out of both beef and goat. The oxtail was very tasty and the chicken was a good standby. You gotta get the pumpkin and the spicy mango.

Been coming here since I was a little girl with my parents and ting! I will always love Ali’s Roti hear. Personally, the best roti in Boston is from this place. Don’t argue w/ me ✨‼️‼️

No pics bc I ate the food as soon as I got it!! ( that should tell you something!!)
So I am from Brooklyn so I am very particular about Roti. From the moment I walked in, this spot reminded me of Brooklyn. The aroma of the food, the ladies in the back feverishly making the roti bread and the generous portions. This is a definite go to spot in Boston. I will always make my way here to get a taste of home.
