Buss-Up Shot Roti (Paratha)
A Trinidad and Tobago original flatbread (roti) which is tender, moist, buttery and flakey. It is beaten, in local parlance, "buss-up" into pieces while on the griddle. It is used to dip into the curried meats and veggies for an unforgettable bite bursting with flavors.

This was my first introduction to Trini food and I'm upset I didn't try it earlier in life. The food was extremely flavorful and the buss up shot bread was to die for. Can't wait to go back m!

Yummy food and sweet staff. I got the vegetarian Buss Up Shot a few times and it was very tasty each time. From the beans to the pumpkin to the cabbage to the potato and the roti. Super Good! I will definitely be going back for more : )

I'm a big fan of Ali's. The bussup seemed a little stodgy this time. I still loved it though. I was a little bummed that they were out of both beef and goat. The oxtail was very tasty and the chicken was a good standby. You gotta get the pumpkin and the spicy mango.
