We love to go to the Philadelphia location for the best ham sandwich around--and I don't like ham so seems random but we had anticipated that we could have one here but even after looking on the website and seeing the nutritional guidelines for the simple ham sammy we arrived and they looked at me like I was from outer space--no ham sandwich at this location either (we have looked at all of the California locations). I guess this should not surprise me because it is a coffee shop but I am not a big coffee person. Very disappointed but I guess I will be returning to Philly soon!

One of the best coffees we had in the States, nice quiet venue so plenty of space to relax and enjoy the aroma and taste. Great!

The fish and chips at the whole foods market Boston on 348 Harrison Ave is delicious. They also have specials. Great take out choices also in the ready made food section of the market with healthy choices. Staff are friendly.

I love the store but the Amazon Prime Shoppers need to be trained on simple shopping etiquette. As some other reviewers have noted, the shoppers often stand in the middle of an aisle or leave their cart in the middle of an aisle with no regard to anyone else. Multiply that by like 25 shoppers and it gets to be pretty annoying when you're also trying to shop.

I still shop here because it's close to home but since Amazon shoppers took it over it's become a nightmare. The parking lot has always been problematic; now the interior of the store is problematic. Amazon shoppers abandon their carts in the middle of an aisle while they search for products elsewhere in the store. Additionally, they are rude and don't apologize for their behavior. They will not step out of the way, but firmly stay planted in the aisles, blocking your path, when entering and leaving the store as well as when shopping. They also sit at the cafe tables taking up space, so good luck to you if you decide to have a meal or a snack. Between them and the homeless who come in to stay warm, there's no place to sit. Now we are paying a premium price to be treated in an insulting manner in a store that is no longer a pleasure to shop at. Gone is the WF image; now it's dingey and dirty looking. The Whole Foods staff continues to be helpful and kind; why can't Amazon shoppers be held up to the same high standard? Tip: Shop here late at night to avoid this crush of humanity.

Without a doubt, a flagship Whole Foods From The Future! It's gigantic, loaded with the natural/preservative free products you've come to know and overspend on, but - and this is a big but (I like big buts, and I cannot lie) - it's also got a fully stocked beer, wine and liquor department, as well as several quick service restaurants within. Literally, a one-stop shop. What kinds, you ask? Full service Allegro cafe, a fry shack with fresh cod fish and chips, a wheatgrass and cold-pressed juicery, a seriously large cheesemonger wonderland, a bowl producer a la Dig Inn or sweetgreen (base grain, protein, veg and sauces), a pizzeria and a deli counter for sandwiches, etc. And did I mention the beer, wine and liquor? All well represented by local and reasonably priced. There's a wine chiller barrel, too, so go ahead and grab that white on the way to your party... Plus, there's a free (often jammed) parking lot adjacent to the entrance for a quick in-and-out. Truth be told, the robust offerings and the parking make it a mecca for Prime Delivery drivers loading up on online orders and begrudgingly trodding through the aisles (truthfully, half the customers in this store at any given time are Amazon Fresh drivers), which might prove a bit frustrating for self-shoppers. That said, you're hard pressed to find a WF with more to sell. A favorite, even if it's meant to be take in small doses.

Avoid this grocery store - completely overrun by Amazon shoppers

I don’t know why I picked this WFM. But very close to china town by Silver Line

Taking my review down - would go further if possible. This location has been completely overrun by Amazon shoppers - they are oblivious to reality, walking around the store with their heads down on the phone, and they simply stand in front of the food or freezers not moving - completely obnoxious. I am making every effort to shop at other grocery stores in the area.

They Fixed the Problem! I had a big issue with some of the fish at Whole Foods Ink Block. However, a call to the Store Manager Bill was a very positive experience. He took responsibility for his staff, made it right for me financially, and this encourages me to continue to shop at this high value and high-quality food market. Good for you Bill for doing the right thing and ensuring customer satisfaction. JL

I love the store but always seem to have a poor experience at the cheese shop due to the miserable manager of this area. A very unfriendly person but probably knows what he's doing since the store generally hires good staff.
