The food was great as was the service. The only disappointment was they had advertised that they had octopus as an option. My friend was very looking forward to trying it. Despite the confirmation that they did have octopus, it was never served. Personally, I don't care for it and I didn't miss it but my friend did. Otherwise, the food was great and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!!
It was our first time there and would definetely go back. Nice place, staff amazing and food was delicious!
We loved this experience. Quiet, lush and attentive. We loved the meat, and finally found a really good sausage! Not so large winelist, but our Malbec was superb.
The service was exceptional, the food was delicious. Will definitely return next time we are in the area.
Dinner of fellowship, food, and friends. What a blessed and uplifting night. As we entered, we were warmly and lovingly greeted by a beautiful host who radiated joy and hospitality. She gave us one of the best tables, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. As I was about to ask her about my favorite server, guess who popped up? Paulo J! 🫂😃 I was overjoyed and thankful to see him, and I couldn't help but hug him. That put a big smile on my face, and I felt grateful for the blessing. I said to the Lord, Thank you for blessing us with such wonderful people. So Paulo told us about the summer special, which sounded like a culinary dream come true. The special included extra-large shrimp, salmon, octopus, and big beef ribs, just to name a few. You also get top-of-the-line premium steaks - it was as if they had thought of everything. Our meal was truly divine - beet salad, lentil soup, clam chowder, roasted sweet potatoes, cabbage with bacon, spicy sweet corn, salad bar, and many more vegetables. There was also a little Italian section with meats and cheeses, which added to the evening's magic. Paulo J and his assistant, Nildo, did an outstanding job, anticipating our every need. Before we even asked, it was brought to our table, a testament to their exceptional service. I want to thank all the chefs and servers who kept the hot food coming, making our dining experience truly unforgettable. Excellent food, excellent staff - a perfect combination. Big shout to Paulo J for being an exceptional server always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Every time we arrive, Paulo J's smile is so friendly and welcoming, making us feel like we're part of something special. That's what I call a 10-star rating server!!. Thank you again!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
We have been loyal customers since they opened and I'm happy to report that the quality of food and service. That's so rare! We will be back! Thank you
The food was delicious, but the waste staff was slow. I ordered a lemonade and received something that was not lemon. I asked the waitress and she said they use lime... I said that makes this a limeade. It was terrible so I switched to a Diet Coke, but I was disappointed.
I absolutely love Alma Gaucho but it was the first time my friend had ever been. She was very impressed. Fantastic food and service and even the desserts were amazing!! A fab night and I rebooked my next visit on my way out!
They are very eager to provide service to customers, whether it's pulling out chairs or asking if we wanted to reorder anything in particular. Food is excellent, tastier than Fogo, especially the roasted pork belly! OMG! I give the owner a lot of credit for what he does, providing jobs to the newly arrived. Many of the guys walking around cutting the meat don't speak English as we realized when attempting to ask questions. My daughter prefers the ambiance at Fogo. We are Chinese and prefer food over ambiance usually, and so for these reasons I'd definitely return here!
I've been to Fogo de Chão a number of times in various states and hands down Alma Gaucha was better. Although the meat server's had the same gruff demeanor they were great and the food was excellent. What really stood out was the service. Several times including a couple of visits from what I assume was the manager we were asked if there were any specific meats we would like to try. Personal I like the randomness so I did not take them up on this offer, great job all around. I wish them the best and hope they continue to be successful!

It's ok, not as generous as Fogo in terms of going above and beyond to make guests have a memorable experience.
The environment is cozy and elegant in the right measure, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a meeting with friends. The soft lighting, the pleasant soundtrack and the sophisticated decoration create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.
Overall it was a pretty pleasant experience. The food was well prepared. Lots of options, all well seasoned. It's a little tricky to get to and from the salad bar given how many people are walking around with the grilled meat. All of the servers made way for guests to pass, but spatially, it's not the most ideal. I also think the people coming around with the meat did not get to all the tables consistently. I think they might look for one of the table indicators instead of scanning the table for to see if anyone at that table was “green”. I think the price of the rodizio was completely reasonable, but the drinks are about $4 overpriced for what you're getting.
I love Alma Gaucha! The food here is excellent, the salad buffet is really good quality and the meat is exceptional. The servers are all very nice and helpful. It's pricey but the quality and experience are well worth it, especially for a celebration. The desserts aren't included in the price but the portions are generous and they are delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
we showed up to our 2pm reservation on mother's day only to be sat at 3:15pm..... there were so many people with reservations just waiting in the lobby to be sat it was hectic. once we finally got sat we immediately got up to get out food and the meat didn't come around to our table for about 20 minutes so our food was never eaten hot/: it was a shame because it was mother's day so we were excited to take mom out but the experience wasn't great and they were charging more for a “mother's day lunch” with nothing special at all
