Food was good, but service was nonexistent, even though I can count 4 employees standing around not doing anything. I’m gonna get my own refill at this point. I also need my check and making clear eye contact with the 4 employees does not work.

Ordered the spaghetti. Flavor was good but the noodles were definitely overcooked.

Karen restaurant of nightmares. They got angry and rude after we said we’re ordering food! We only got coffee. All the food looked bland and dry and frozen. Ripoff prices. Monopoly airport I would never eat here, better off to fast.

I went to the bar to grab a bite to eat and Jennifer took my order - the burger and a Pepsi. I inquired if I could have it to go and she informed me that I needed to go to the takeout area. I apologize and went to the takeout counter. After placing my order, I went to the bathroom. Upon my return, I was met with “didn’t you place an order at the bar?” I shared with them what happened and then the gentleman what seemed to be the manager, walked to the bar where Jennifer was and they began discussing me and what happened. I walked over to them and the manager waved me off. If it wasn’t for the customer service from the cook and the young lady that took my order, I would’ve asked for my money back. Logan Airport should place another restaurant in the terminal. I will not eat there nor order from there again.

I came through Logan super early on a Saturday, waited in the obvious line and spent $11 on a croissant with butter, jam, and potatoes. I even left a tip at the counter.
So I get my food and go to sit at the establishment’s seating. Immediately someone came over and was quizzing me on whether my food came from their restaurant, and seeing that it did, proceeded to ask me to move over to a big group high top table that was set aside for takeout orders. Poorly executed, but not unreasonable. She went on to say “This area is for tipping customers! “

Now I’m seeing red..I showed her my slip that clearly said dine-in, the same order I’d already left a good tip on and she replied a snarky “whatever” and walked away.

Good morning to you too! I’d of course gone in and asked for a menu had I known that that was even an option. I mean why else does one pay $11 for a croissant with a smuckers grape jelly packet?

If the management feels so particular about this, they should have a sign indicating “wait service over there” on a sign or something. I mean talk about tone deaf..it’s an airport, where, by definition, people are in an unfamiliar place.

The words dine-in certainly seemed to fit my breakfast! This is no way to treat your paying, tipping customers. Whatever right? I’d lost my appetite by this point and left after 2 bites of mid to low quality croissant.

Dunkin’ Donuts it was..they were very friendly!

Very disappointed by the service, as an international I was offended by your waiter. Will not be visiting here again. Food was under my expectations as well. Management is poor from what I could see, make sure your workers are feeling ok or go to do something else...the clients like me don't deserve such behavior.

Waited 25 mins to be acknowledged. Waited another 15-20 mins for a simple latte.
Another set of customers who were ordering food and wine was served way before me, though they arrived later than me.

Only restaurant to eat at in Logan airport September 19, 2024 in Terminal A. Not much choice. Limited menu. My wife and I had to " bus" ( clean) our table and seat ourselves. We had the Grilled Chicken BLT sandwich. Big enough to split. Tasty. The positive aspect was food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Also there was no rush to have us leave. We had a long lay over.

One bite, everyone knows the rules.

Surprisingly solid crisp for a Neapolitan style. ZERO FLOP. Good use of parm and fresh mozzarella. Good sauce but a little light use of it.

Food was subsub par. No fries, no draft beer.
Is there a veto for a better restaurant in the airport or is capitalism failing us here?

Mushroom pasta wasn't great. Turkey sandwich should have been 6$

Closed at 8 before my flight boards so that was weird

It’s an airport Restaraunt. So, Atmosphere can’t be a winner.
But, they have a server named Hanna D. who is hands-down one of the best people I have encountered in my travels. (And I dine in airports a lot)

Super server, Super attitude. Just puts a smile on your face.
Pay her whatever you need to keep her on your team. She’s a real star.

Grabbed a seat at the bar before my flight and ordered a beer and was going to order a meal shortly after. My pregnant
wife ordered a muffin from their counter service and sat by me. The extremely rude woman with black hair and glasses behind the bar insisted she leave because she didn’t order a drink and already had her food (from their establishment).

I explained that she is with me, and that I have a tab, a half-finished beer, and plan to order more — I just obviously am not going to abandon my 8 month pregnant wife to sit at a bar alone. She laughed and pointed at a sign and said she has to order something, despite myself having a running tab. It’s also worth nothing that nearly half of the seats at the bar were open. Disgraceful and downright offensive service, even for an “airport bar.” Seemed like a woman who was taking out her bad day on another woman.
