Service and food were great. Reason for 1 star was that my flight was delayed and this rude employee came to me pressuring me to leave. I bought a pizza a beer and a water and just finished it, my flight got delayed and this guy had a horrible demeanor towards a paying guest. Plenty of tables available. Needless to say I won’t be coming back here.

we tried to get drinks there and they said we couldn’t because we had food with us that wasn’t from their restaurant and then after we finished eating and came back they said they didn’t serve drinks until 8am

The pizza might as well have been a piece of cardboard with cheese on top.

I guess its my fault for ordering pizza at a place like this but dang, that might have been the worst pizza I've ever had in my life 😅

Mostly bread, very little sauce, undercooked mushrooms, so greasy and yet somehow also dry, cheese and pepperoni had 0 flavor.
A toddler could do better on accident.

I'm sure the other food is fine, just don't order the pizza unless you really like chewy bread 😬.

The food looked amazing... I never got that far. The woman working the bar at about 9pm 9/18...was so over the top rude, that I just opted for another choice.

I get it... lots of delayed flights tonight. But zero excuse for attitude.

Stopped by for breakfast while waiting on my flight, and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere was relaxed but stylish definitely a step up from your typical airport dining experience.

I ordered breakfast and decided to treat myself to a margarita, and let me just say worth it. It was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, with a fresh citrus kick and just the right amount of tequila. Honestly, it was one of the better margaritas I’ve had in a while, airport or not.

The food came out quickly, everything was hot and fresh, and the service was super friendly without being overbearing. It made my wait before the flight feel like a mini escape. Definitely recommend if you’re flying out and want something a little more elevated than the usual airport grab and go.

Absolutely Awful. Do not give these folks you business. I asked for a glass of water and they asked if I was planning on staying there a while and spending money. I stayed I needed a quick glass before my flight and he said he would only sell me a bottle even though the cups and sink was right there. This business does not deserve to stay open.

Had a great breakfast. The ham and cheese croissant was delicious. My server Victor did a great job suggesting the croissant. He was very attentive with refills on my drink and clearing the dishes. I had a great conversation with Monica the manager. It is hard at times to find someone you can connect with over a 30 minute conversation. You should definitely stop by if you have a layover in the A terminal!!

Service was a bit slow, but it wasn’t the server’s fault — there were simply too few staff for the number of customers. That said, our server Angel was kind and empathetic, which made a difference.

I ordered the spaghetti — very good. My son had a burger, which he rated a solid 4 out of 5. My wife went for the turkey bacon avocado sandwich, also a 4.

I had a glass of Villa Locatelli Sauvignon Blanc. It was excellent, but you have to be ready to pay $22 for a single glass.

Overall, Alta Strada is a solid lunch option when you’re traveling. Just be aware that service may take a bit longer during busy hours, but the staff does their best.

I had about 30 minutes before my flight so I decided to grab a beer at the bar but unfortunately the bartender never came to me so I sat there for about 20 minutes then had to go. She started serving people who sat down after me and never looked in my direction so that was extremely annoying.

nice italian place for an airport. the food was expensive, as is everything else in airports, but everything we ordered was very good. the only reason food is receiving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they weren't serving pasta?? at an italian restaurant?? oh well. one of the wines ordered was also not available but the replacement was good. we ordered a pizza, a caesar salad and a sandwich which was plenty for our party of 3. the portions are generous which is expected given the cost. we didn't have to wait to be seated and our waiter was great, very attentive. only negative thing about the atmosphere was that our table was right by the kitchen which was pretty exposed to the restaurant. for a nicer place like that you would think they could tuck the kitchen away a little better. overall not bad at all, we would dine here again if we're ever back in boston.
