We ordered chimichangas and they were both massive and delicious
Ordered a steak quesadilla and received a burrito with no cheese. When I asked they told me it was a quesadilla. Mind you there are burritos on the menu. Never again.
Delicious burritos! I especially like mine with ripe plantains and roasted vegetables
Just found a ROCK in my burrito while eating it — some sort of hard chunk of unidentified material, about the size and shape of a pebble. Maybe a chunk of beef bone? But I ordered chicken. I spit it out and brought it to the counter, but the staff seemed pretty apathetic about it. It gets the second star because this has always been one of my favorite places… but foreign matter that could crack my teeth while eating tends to put a damper on things.
Portions given on burrito are ridiculous and stingy. Barely any meat in one scoop and I got a sliver of guacamole that barely covered the serving spoon. When asked if that was it I was told anymore was going to be extra as well as everything else.
Food was fresh and had a lot of flavor, highly recommend this place!
It took 45 minutes to make my quesadilla and I saw 40 people get their orders before I got mine. Then some cross eyed guy dropped my quesadilla on the ground and proceeded to laugh when he handed it to me. When I finally took a bite of my quesadilla there was no cheese in it so I wouldn’t even call it a quesadilla. I’ve never been more disappointed in my life and recommend no one goes to this location. That cross eyed guy needs to be fired! On a more positive note, the Anna’s in Brookline is phenomenal I recommend everyone take their business there and not to the Huntington ave location.
I don't know about the Allston location but I went to the Somerville one thinking it was the old Taqueria that used to be here that had generous portions and I was shocked. I ended up paying $13 for the smallest portion I have ever seen at a Taqueria. There were 3 pieces of meat in my bowl - 3 tiny pieces. It was all rice and it was awful - there was not a soul in here on a busy Saturday afternoon - that should have been a clue - Assembly Row was packed and all the other restaurants were too but this one was empty -now I know why. The food itself was horrible so maybe the tiny portion was a godsend -please if you are going to Assembly Row, realize this is not the old delicious generous portions Taqueria that used to be there. This one had tiny portions, awful food but they haven't changed anything except the name so it's a total bait and switch. Buyer Beware.
Good place, good food.

I was looking for something quick to eat right in the city, and this particular spot exceeded my expectations. Super kind and honest staff, delicious food, and cozy spot right in the city. No complaints at all; highly recommend!

New place. We got a burrito and a torta. The beef tongue was delicious and the proteins do taste like authentic Mexican food. Great find
