I'm a big fan of Anna's burritos! 🌯 I had the steak this time and it was delicious! Also, they have more than one size, so you don't have to order a burrito that's as giant as the ones at Chipotle.

Order in person and the employees are rude and unhelpful. Order online and the food is not ready when you arrive, even though it's well passed the time window. And no matter what, the food is not very good. And on top of that, they often forget to bag everything you pay for. We deserve better for the prices here.

Ordered on ubereats and after 15 minutes the store said we cancelled it. Friend tried other Anna’s via DoorDash. Same issue.
I even called to confirm if order would work. Staff on phone was very nice and friendly and said it should work.
We wasted 2 hours trying to order. The store should fix this issue and apologize.
Food was a little bit costly 2 bowls, 3 drinks, and 1 taco $45! Food was also bland. Was very disappointed about it.
