The staff is always friendly, they do the a great job, food is amazing, a very clean store, the guy with the grey shirt is always with a smile taking care of us as a costumers. Definitely I’ll be back!

This location is hit or miss. Some days it's good but it's a roll of the dice. They're lazy and don't cut up the meat, toppings some days. Huge beef cubes are not meant to be in a burrito. If you ask for peppers they barely cut it up and just dump huge chunks of pepper in the burrito. Too hit or miss to go any more.

Don't eat here. I asked for a regular size and they charged me for super. Very disorganized and messy.

What happened to Anna’s?! It went from one of the best in Boston to one of the worst. Did the business sell?
Bowls and burritos are insultingly small for the cost and flavorless! The chips were worse than Tostitos.
Skip this place. I’d rather go to Chipotle!

Just like everyone else is saying, this place has gone way downhill. Portions are offensively small. A $15 burrito is like 6” long. We ordered from UberEats and there was a BOGO offer on bowls. Well, the bowls are so small it’s not really a deal at all. They also forgot the guacamole on the burrito and Uber wouldn’t refund it.
We used to be huge fans of Anna’s, but we’re done. There are so many better options for the price point. I think they expanded beyond what they could handle.
The birria tacos here are the best in the Boston area! And also great service.

The food was the best (Mexican food in Boston). The service was excellent, the food was delicious, with great flavor and texture, and the place was clean and organized. The staff was very friendly.

There’s no real difference between the regular and super burritos other than the price — the meat portions are identical.
Two years ago, I was a loyal fan of Anna’s. However, in recent months, my wife and I have noticed a significant reduction in portion sizes, especially the meat (like chicken). The super burrito used to include two scoops of chicken; now they only serve one, and it seems they’re intentionally measuring to ensure it’s just a single scoop.
We’ve raised this issue several times, but the staff simply replied, “We were told this is the standard size.” Unfortunately, it’s no longer worth the price for a lunch. We’ve decided to stop going.
Attaching picture of a súper burrito. Look how thin it is.

Very, very rude employees!!! If I could give this zero stars, I would. The food was gross. I got birria tacos and the meat tasted and smelled awful.

If you’re looking for faster food, this is the place to go. Best flavor I’ve ever had from Mexican street food and in a good environment in the prudential center. Very amazing restaurant!

Can’t say anything about the quality of the food because they decided to stop serving over an hour before they closed. I got there at 7:55 and waited politely for someone to take my order then I was told they were closed despite the hours on the door and the fact they were still had food available. I get that sometimes restaurants run out of items but don’t close an hour early because you were too busy
