Two of the employees are EXTREMELY RUDE! They didn’t get our order correct and when we tried to correct them they kept going back and forth with us trying to tell us what we ordered when we knew what we ordered. After the fact they wanted to talk trash in Spanish. They have terrible customer service. They didn’t even have the courtesy to hand us the food they placed it on the counter without telling us. The two short heavy set employees need to do better!

I usually go to the Anna’s in Brookline or Brigham Circle and they never miss, but the Prudential Mall location was straight-up nasty. I got a steak quesadilla and it was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The steak was rubbery, flavorless, and had a gross, lingering aftertaste. The tortilla tasted like it was soaked in old, dirty oil, like the grill hadn’t been cleaned in days. To top it off, the whole thing was cold even though I ordered in person. Clearly the meat had been sitting out. I took two bites and threw it out. Total waste of time. Don’t waste your appetite or cash here.

A 10$ bowl got up charged to a 17$ bowl. When I asked about it they said it was the guacamole but pretty much refused to show me an itemized list. never coming here again, what a scam.

I’ve had a love for Anna’s for many years, at least 12 and counting. The burritos are delicious, great flavors, and well made. You pick your own toppings so as long as you pick good stuff, you can’t go wrong.
This location can get pretty busy and my only issue is sometimes, because they take the line and then turn it into two, it can get backed up and be frustrating.
Overall, this location has friendly staff and they are fast to feed you!

I absolutely love coming to Anna’s Taqueria. Not only is the food consistently fresh and delicious, but the staff always treats me with such kindness and warmth. Every time I walk in, I feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. It’s rare to find a place that serves great food and also makes you feel at home. Sucks that to food was actually not bad and the customer service was HORRIBLE . I got an attitude from each and every girl behind the counter down to my checkout . Not only that but I had accidentally left two things in the store (next to the register) and came back the next day to grab them . One of the items were returned and Unfortunately one of the other was a gift card which some how did not make it back to me . YOU CANNOT FIND ONE ITEM AND NOT THE OTHER IF THEY WERE LEFT TOGETHER . They stole my gift card and robbed me of a nice experience trying new foods .
