The food was not bad, but the service was horrible. We bought 3 menues with two slices of pizza, salad and soda, and one menue with only the two pizza slices and the soda. When we paid, we were wondering about the prize because it was more than we thought. As we wanted to put the tip in, the card machine was not working, so the guy came, took our card and put something in his machine. When we looked at our online banking a few minutes later, we saw that he added himself a tip and charged us 4 bit menues! And when I confronted him he said that we must have done it and that it is the same prize for all menues ( which wasnt true)

Overall not very good, and horrendously overpriced. We're talking airport ripoff pricing.

Tried to order a slice of plain New Haven and a plain Roman, but they did not have any Roman. The New Haven was extremely greasy and soaked an entire napkin with grease just trying to dab it all off. It was floppy, and nothing about it is reminiscent of New Haven pizza except perhaps the cornichone--which was actually pretty crunchy and left some soot my finger.

I'd say do not try unless you want some greasy but thin pizza, and don't use this as a reference for apizza. Go eat at the north shore beef place across the way, that's probably better.

I’d ordered 2 cheese pizza on the self-order on June 29, and the guy was very rude, and tell me to pay it here. He needs to appreciate these people what they order, and he has to say “for what,” for no reason. I can pay it there too, when I try to order on the self-order, he needs to learn to respect people, appreciate these people, and not to waste their money.

I like this location because the guys who work there are very helpful and attentive.More than deserved the tip dollar and it is sad that some people do not value the work of others.

I got one slice of potato bacon pizza yesterday March 17, 2024 at 4:44 PM for $10.10. Whoever was running the register took my card from me, pressed a bunch of buttons so quickly so I couldn't see the total of the slice (should have been 7 or 8 dollars according to the menu board), and didn't give me a receipt. I believe he added a tip without my consent because of how busy it was. I did the math a bunch of ways and it just doesn't work out. While I don't know whether the slice was 7 or 8 dollars, I do know that 7% tax (6.25% for state meal tax and .75% local excise tax) on 8 dollars does not come out to 10.10. I think this is really wrong and I'm really quite unhappy with this. This was my first time coming to APizza after being a fan of the Mida brand for years and I don't think I will return. Who knows how many people this may have happened to yesterday. The pizza was also just okay. The pizza had been sitting there a while and he only put it in the oven for maybe 20 seconds before giving it to me. That was my fault for wanting to try the daily special instead of regular fresh cheese that had come out, but even still. Super disappointing to pay 10 dollars for a slice that sucked.

9 dollars for a slice of pizza. It was 4 dollars in 2021. Its good if you have no other option but the price is just insane.

The pizza was not good but even worse. When I tried to pay the owner really quickly swung the credit card machine towards him and put in a tip. Shady and not good

Nasty. Guys eating off the pizzas then serving them.

This is not New Haven Style, it isn't crispy or burnt enough. The pie that I got was also really salty, I could barely eat one slice. Area Four is still the closest to New Haven Style in Boston IMO, go there instead.

The best pizza I’ve ever tried! So fresh and I love the dough texture. The staff were friendly and kind. I’d come back here again.

?how many times have you been to this place? 3-4
?food: Apizza's pepperoni used to be my favorite but it has gotten worse recently. The other night, they completely omitted my order of a whole pepperoni pizza. I asked about it and got it at least 40-50 mins after everyone else had picked up their orders. The dough was too burnt. ? completely waste of money and time!
??‍♀️would I revisit here? No - not for a while.

I got a slice of cheese pizza and it was burnt, black on the bottom and floppy. My pizza came from the case and they heated it up. By the looks of the other pizzas i the case, they burnt several pizzas and was still selling them. Good customer service and it was really busy for an event at the Garden. I would give the pizza two stars. It would have been 4 stars if it wasn't burnt on the bottom.

$32 for 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of Pepperoni. Below average pizza for that price. If they were $4 slices then you could probably justify. But not $8, and it's far from new haven CT style pizza.
