Applebee's Grill + Bar

Horrible, even for an Applebees… staff and servise is horrible but it was the only place near my hotel to get a beer.

Z and the manager Paul were amazing. They were so accommodating with the kids and made some really great suggestions. I’ll be returning ASAP.

The fellowship was beautiful and my dessert was just the right size. I think our waitress was overly taxed. The menu has a great variety to choose from. I like the beverage selection.

Really bad. I had to wait 1 hour and 10 min for a table while the whole restaurant was empty just because the manager didn’t want to seat anyone. A lot of people left. When we finally got our table I’m not kidding when I say the whole restaurant was empty. The manager was very rude and the host was just saying she doesn’t know what’s happening that the manager told her to no sit anyone, but it was empty. When we got the food it was cold. But the waiter was friendly.

Me and my husband and daughter had an amazing experience it was my daughter’s 13th birthday .And our waiter Ariel was incredible he was very friendly and always checking in with us making sure everything was okay. We sat near the bar so my husband could watch the game and Ariel even put it on one of the tvs so he could see. He went above and beyond to make our experience top tier. I wasn’t able to leave a review survey on the kiosk but he deserved the acknowledgment. And the food and drinks were amazing. Thanks again

Great customer experience! Server was really nice, Manager checked in twice during our visit, and the hostess was great! She saw that I had my baby in a stroller and she opened the door for us on our way out. I know that's not a big deal, but she made sure to go above and beyond and that's a big deal to me. Thanks staff at Applebee's!

I had a waitress name, Samantha B. She was awesome, very attentive, beautiful Energy, and had a great conversation. I will definitely come back again as long as she’s working.

Food was just okay. Not my 1st preference for sure.

Employees were outside the front door smoking at dinnertime. Gross.

Anisha seated us right away and helped with a question I needed an answer to. Just lovely. And Sean was super nice, patient, and even shared a laugh with us. He's a cool guy! Now, y'all better give that man a raise.
