Diamond gave excellent, laser-focused customer service! The Hot Honey sauce for boneless wings she recommended was FIRE. Quick, attentive, professional, and hilarious personality. My friend brought me here this evening as we both had a rough day and it was exactly what I needed for a low key night to just breath. Absolutely coming back here. And haven't been to an Applebee's in over 15 years.

Diamond is incredibly sweet and she greets me EVERY time I pay a visit. Her customer service and attentiveness is top tier! I know that my experience will be the best if she is on the floor supporting tables. She really does make my experiences great whenever I decide to visit Applebees in South Bay Center. She deserves her flowers!

I ordered the sirloin steak here and it was honestly one of the worst steaks I’ve ever been served. The outside looked barely seared, and when I cut into it, it was raw and chewy in the middle—not even close to how I asked it to be cooked. I asked for a medium rare this was NOT a medium rare. The texture was tough, there was no flavor to it, and it came out looking gray on the outside but undercooked and cold inside. For a place that calls itself a grill and bar, this was a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend ordering steak here at all… you’re better off making one at home

Our server was 1st class. The manager came over to see how our service was. Told him great the server was polite patient and very very kind and attentive. Left him a $40 tip

Inexpensive drinks and great deals on food for various times throughout the day. I had a blue Hawaiian long island, along with a ceasar salad and the crispy wonton tacos. They were yummy, I also tried their boneless chicken & those weren't too bad either (I prefer bone-in). Very reasonably priced and affordable, would totally go again -

Samantha B was very nice and helpful. She showed the hard works of being efficient and did a great job at coming back and letting us know each step of where our food and drinks were at. Her overall niceness and attitude made my husband and I enjoy our time tonight at Applebees. :)

Ariel was amazing! When we needed to make an adjustment to our order due to sauce that was too spicy for our child, he helped us to get a replacement order. He was very friendly and understanding. He made first time visitors to Boston feel at home. We greatly enjoyed our experience here!
