I love this place! I have been twice and the food has been amazing both times. I got the steak pizza with peppers and onions, and we ate it so fast. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, I can't wait to come back and bring all of my friends!

I recently tried the grilled chicken caesar wrap and grilled veggie pizza. They were both delicious and the lady in the front was so helpful!

For years they exploit what they see you buy frequently and mark up the prices on the specific items ,a large specialty pizza used to be $18 …then $20 ..then $22 …then $25.57 and now $29 on uber eats like this establishment needs to be burned to the ground for their greedy practices and it’s all from the unpleasant lady of a owner they have who runs and exploits their customers favorite picks like are they in debt or just money hungry foreigners trying to extract every usd then can get 👎🏾 because no pizza should be charging people $19 for a small pizza 🤦🏾‍♂️ smh that’s used to be $9-10 with no changes at all made with the price change

Check your food before you leave. Ordered a 4 piece usually I check but this time I sent my son when I opened the food it was 3 pieces instead of 4.Plus you charge for extra sauce which is crazy.

I haven't visited Arboretum Pizza Grill in almost a year, but every time I think of it, I feel frustrated. My experience here has always been unpleasant, especially due to the poor customer service. During my visit, I had to deal with an aggressive and unhelpful woman who struggled with communication. When I asked for clarification, her husband responded with an aggressive tone and gave me disrespectful looks, which only made the situation worse.

The food itself was also a major disappointment. The sandwich was overpriced with very little filling, and the pizza didn’t match the advertisement online. To top it off, the prices online were different and much cheaper than what I was charged in-store, which felt misleading and dishonest.

Given the terrible service and the high prices, I’ve decided to blacklist this place. I hope they take the time to improve their customer service and better align their food quality and pricing with what’s advertised. This experience has left a lasting negative impression.

If you're craving a good steak and cheese you won't find it here. I ordered a large steak and cheese with onions and mushrooms . It was $17 and some change...22 with tip. When it arrived I was surprised at how little steak was on it. It was dry and it seemed more like ground beef that had been cooked to death. I couldn't really see any cheese or onions or mushrooms. I took a bite and it tasted burnt and like that burnt oil that grills sometimes get, other than that it was flavorless. I added some cheese from my refrigerator and some black pepper trying to make it better but it didn't help. I never complain but it was so bad I had to. They said they'd send another and take the first one back to see how it was made.When the second arrived ,it looked just like the first . I put some cheese on it , took a few bites because I was hungry and had spent $22 on it but threw the rest out .I'm bummed because it's not something I usually order and this was more than disappointing.

The food is always fried so nicely! I've never gone in and gotten something not made fresh. I really love this place, it's a community staple. Doesn't try too hard. Just gives you local good fast, but not a lack of quality, food 💖

I just paid $14 for a small pepperoni that was mid … im hurting right now... and still hungry …

I've had decent pizza and wings from this place in the past. Friday, I went with a steak/cheese with extra cheese.
It was the worst steak/cheese sub I've ever had. It was so bad that I'm never going to bother coming to this place for anything else.
The roll: bulky and soft. Seemed fresh.
The steak: bland and about half the amount I was expecting.
The extra cheese: could barely make out there was ANY cheese, let alone extra cheese.

Just look at this pic of it... So much bread, so little meat, and virtually no cheese.

The owners are so nice specially the wife. She always has a smile and has always been kind to us. Their pizza is very good, so are their subs. Can’t go wrong with this place, i live just a few blocks away so I’ve tried a bit of their menu over the years. Great food, great prices. Definitely check them out

In town for business and will dropped in randomly. Staff was very nice, the prices were fair and the chicken parma calzone was delicious. The chicken was lightly breaded, cooked perfectly with a marinara sauce that was perfectly balanced. Service size was plentiful, throw in a salad and it was easily enough for two people.
