It was my first time at Archie's Place. It's seems a bit of a misfortune that it is stuck back in Pi Alley. I am in this neighborhood all the time and wouldn't have seen it.... Except that my friend said that he had found this great Greek place and we went there. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get pasticcio, but the food I got was excellent for a reasonable price.
Down and out with a miserable cold....took a walk for Sudafed and chicken soup. Bought both the Greek Chicken soup AND the Chicken noodle soup. Greek Chicken soup was delicious, very homemade tasting. Great comfort food! Took a little taste of the other and looking forward to having that for dinner.

I've been going to Archie's for MANY years. It's like walking into my own kitchen to eat breakfast and lunch. The food is fantastic and the staff is too.. I was in tears when I saw that through covid It's still opened.
