Great tasting Gyro and awesome staff
I've been going to Archie's for MANY years. It's like walking into my own kitchen to eat breakfast and lunch. The food is fantastic and the staff is too.. I was in tears when I saw that through covid It's still opened.
It was my first time at Archie's Place. It's seems a bit of a misfortune that it is stuck back in Pi Alley. I am in this neighborhood all the time and wouldn't have seen it.... Except that my friend said that he had found this great Greek place and we went there. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get pasticcio, but the food I got was excellent for a reasonable price.
Great lunch spot. Quick service, consistently good food, and really friendly staff.
We were in town to see a concert, and Googled breakfast places near our hotel the next morning. Archie's was a couple of cold blocks away on a frigid February morning, but the friendly staff warmed us up right away (not to mention the hot pancakes)! If you're in the neighborhood, don't miss this little gem!
For a fresh, simple and delicious breakfast this place is it. Uncomplicated but done right with nice guys and fast service!! YUM!
Great diner -- both lunch and breakfast options are great.
Subpar breakfast at best. Lukewarm chewy bacon. Half cooked potatoes. Won't be going back.
Get a working class breakfast, fast and fresh. Nothing fancy. Everything good. Stop for the French toast and maybe hire your next building contractor in this quintessential neighborhood diner.
I get my breakfast from them Monday through Friday. The atmosphere in there is amazing. They know exactly what I want when I walk through the door. They make you feel at home even while you’re on the go! I’ll see them in morning for my eggs and bacon.

Great lunch spot for home cooked meals. Nice selection of foods.
Our uber driver recommend and he was correct...great meals, cooked to order, good price and no fancy frills..just plain good food with great service..many thanks for helping an Australian understand the system?
Great breakfast spot. Easy to get too and great speedy service.
Take a left in pi alley and pass the Dunkin’ Donuts and head to Archie’s place. Fresh hot cooked omelette with home fries and coffee for less than $10. Custom fresh cooked breakfast sandwich for local customers keeps “Archie” busy. I think he has eight hands. He takes your order and cooks as he prepares multiple orders. Fast and fresh.
Super good. Home cooking hot meals. Great affordable prices. Specifically because of it's location. Right in the heart of Boston. 2 full meals for $21.00 including taxes.
