Thanksgiving day menu - food was poor and desserts were self serve and none left by. 8pm. All in all a very poor experience and not worth the money

The staff was very attentive from start to finish and they very kindly accommodated our early arrival for our reservation. The cocktails were terrible especially at $25 each. Perhaps the bartender was new and unfamiliar with the specialty cocktails on their menu.

Really nice time. Our waitress was so nice as was Emily at the door. We have been there before and always enjoy.

Nice setting.. service good. -mushroom flatbread had no flavor.we asked and were told crust would be thin and crispy.. It was not. It was soggy. Salad was just ok..description written on menu was much more interesting than the actual salad. Had a decaf latte.. just ok. Sticker shock. It was $9. Save your money. Whole meal was overpriced. Would not recommend.. unless you want to say that you ate at the Ritz!

Great choice for dinner before a show at the Citizens Opera house. Great food and service. Out in plenty of time to get to the show with time to spare.

My sister and I had a delicious pre-theater dinner at Artisan Bistro. The hostess was lovely when we arrived, and our server was incredibly thoughtful about when to check in. We shared a few dishes and everything was delicious. It was quiet and everything felt elegant - perfect for a rare chance to catch up.

A delightful evening with great food and ambience. A perfect spot to dine before theatre .

Came for dinner today, 10/4/25 only to find out that you don't get the regular menu until 7pm. Your stuck with a theater menu with few options and a fixed price. Not sure if I would come back here.Diner Beware!

This is a lovely gastropub at the Four Seasons. We were very grateful for a special round booth for my daughter's birthday. We had a lovely hostess and waiter. We were not aware that the only option was a prix fixe menu so that would have been good to know in advance. Overall, a very nice experience.

Eugene was the highlight of our evening! What an incredible representation of the Ritz Carlton brand! My son and I enjoyed dinner before seeing a show at the Boston Opera House. My son enjoyed truffle fries and bolognese while I had a nice glass of Prosecco and the salmon entree. Dinner was fabulous, and Eugene went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable and worth every penny! Thank you for a very special dining experience with my son! Memories in the making!

I arrived with my young daughter and mother-in-law for Sunday brunch with reservations. Despite being seated promptly, it took approximately twenty minutes to place our order, only after flagging down our server to request coffee. From that point, we waited an additional forty minutes for three basic egg dishes to arrive. When my Benedict was finally served, the eggs were fully hard-boiled rather than properly poached. After another fifteen minutes without any check-in from our waiter, I was forced to seek assistance from the hostess in order to return the dish. A replacement was eventually provided, but it coincided only with the arrival of my second cup of coffee—despite the length of our visit. I am a frequent guest at both the dining room and lobby bar in the evenings, where the service has historically been attentive and efficient. By contrast, this experience reflected a marked departure from the level of professionalism and hospitality I have come to expect.

Everything we had was fantastic! Even the focaccia bread basket was delicious. My husband had a vegan dish that they prepared for him which he was very very happy with. I had the gazpacho which was lovely and the Pepperdale pasta with seafood in a saffron sauce. There was a whole lobster tail and generous shrimp and crab. Very very delicious! I was also happy with my Innocent Negroni made with non-alcohol Gin. We loved it so much that we went back to the lobby bar after the theater for a drink and some bar snacks!

Real good food and very good service. The restaurant was pretty empty when we were there. Not sure why. It's in the Ritz and maybe folks don't know about it. Will definitely go again.

Excellent. Service very professional. My wife's gluten intolerance handled with aplomb. Lobster roll pricy but one of the best I've ever had.

Wait staff and support staff are exceptional. Food was a disappointment. Pasta dish was cool and dry on outside--looked like it had been sitting for hours. Dessert was pretty to look at but cheesecake was lumpy and grainy.
