Great food and staff at this Ritz Carlton bistro. It was a perfect find right around the corner from the Opera House where we we’re seeing a show that night. My table had a Bolognese, Caesar salad, short ribs, and the chicken dish- all fabulous - highly recommend their cocktails and dessert as well.

We had a wonderful pre-theater dinner on a Friday evening. The greeting from the host was sincere and the service team was excellent. We chose a glass of wine and a signature cocktail. The soups were very good, especially the butternut squash bisque. We had a chicken entree and the filet special, both delicious and well prepared. We never felt rushed, but were grateful to our server for being mindful that we had an event to go to afterwards and kept the service moving so that we had time for desserts and after dinner cappuccinos.

Service was great, very friendly! Ate breakfast here and the food was only ok overall. I liked the mix of starches in the breakfast potatoes side. Maybe their other meals are better.

We needed something to eat and it was late, but they were still open. We had an amazing wagyu burger and the salmon was cooked to perfection. The clam chowder was memorable and would definitely get all of these again. The basket of breads was perfect for holding off the hunger while the food was being prepared. 5 stars all day long, we ate here twice that week.

We came here for an early lunch before the Nut Cracker at the Opera House. We were one of the first tables to be sat for the lunch service. We told our waitress that we were seeing a show at 3, it was 12:45. She said we had plenty of time. We ordered drinks, starters, our mains, and the dessert all at the same time. Our drinks and starters arrived on time. And then we waited and waited. Multiple parties had been sat, served, and checked out. Our waitress completely forgot about our table it turns out. Not only did she not put our order in but she never checked in with us. We finally asked to speak with the restaurant manager. He offered to comp our meals but said due to timing we may not have time to eat. We explained we needed to eat something given we had already had a few drinks. Our meals arrive, mine was hastily thrown together, it was the Croque Monsieur. My husband's steak was cold. The pumpkin salad was decent. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.

I've been coming here for years for pre - Nutcracker dinner. The service has always been slow but the food was good. This year the food was barely edible and the service glacial. Big and expensive disappointment.

Popped into Artisan Bistro for takeout. Loved chilling at the bar while it was being prepped, and the food we got back was fantastic, great taste and quality.

Service was great. Menu did not have a lot of variety. Food was good but not spectacular. I may go back again for the service but not for the food.

Thanksgiving day menu - food was poor and desserts were self serve and none left by. 8pm. All in all a very poor experience and not worth the money

Came here due to its vicinity to the ballet. The drinks were fine, the cheese board was fine. Overall reliable and less of a wait in comparison to the Avery bar next door.

The staff was very attentive from start to finish and they very kindly accommodated our early arrival for our reservation. The cocktails were terrible especially at $25 each. Perhaps the bartender was new and unfamiliar with the specialty cocktails on their menu.

Really nice time. Our waitress was so nice as was Emily at the door. We have been there before and always enjoy.

No flavor to the lobster with pasta, and all claw pieces. Dessert was frozen on a cold plate…just because this restaurant is attached to the Ritz doesn’t mean the food is good. On the positive side, the waitress and staff were great. Just didn’t want to burden my waitress with complaints.

Nice setting.. service good. -mushroom flatbread had no flavor.we asked and were told crust would be thin and crispy.. It was not. It was soggy. Salad was just ok..description written on menu was much more interesting than the actual salad. Had a decaf latte.. just ok. Sticker shock. It was $9. Save your money. Whole meal was overpriced. Would not recommend.. unless you want to say that you ate at the Ritz!
