Hole-in-the-wall fast-food Chinese that scratches an itch. Not much in the way of seating or ambiance, but the food is what you want when you’re craving classic American-Chinese takeout. Gets the job done
Asia Wok is a local favorite and has been for decades. Before that the current owner worked for Tom, in his beautiful restaurant on Brighton Avenue. It has the old style Cantonese American food that I grew up with and still love. Food is delicious and the restaurant has the best value for the money of any eatery in Allston. The owner does his own delivery and the chefs are the real deal. If you miss that kind of delicious Chinese food this is definitely the place to order from.
The best American style Chinese food I’ve ever had. I truly love this style of Chinese food. I know it’s not authentic but I’ve eaten it my entire life and it is one of my strongest comfort foods. I’ve eaten from every spot in the greater Boston area this is by far my favorite.
