Retrain the old black guy!! He was going to put mayo on my bagel then toast it for a BLT. When I stopped him he had an attitude and was still going to toast the bread. Warm mayo?????

My sandwich was missing several items (and had some that weren’t supposed to be there) but the staff were polite and remade it correctly.

This location was at Tufts Medical Center 800 Washington St Boston. It wasn't too bad, there was a decent selection during the morning hours but slim pickings after 4pm

They Don't upkeep this cafe location. I wished they had fresh coffee and coffee topping that you would expect are always not empty like milk, or coffee stopper. They don't offer almond milk either. I wonder if the franchise team ever audits this location. I am a big fan of Panera and visit many sites often. This is the most outdated place and has poor service among all the cafes I have visited. Staffs are outstanding, just poor management in terms of upkeeping.

Great place to stop by for some breakfast. Their sandwiches are made to order and taste delicious. Also, if you’re in a hurry, make sure you have about 10-15 minutes to spare so you dont miss your train - especially if there is a long line. But if you have time, I definitely recommend it as compared to some of the other options. Their lattes are also fantastic, with just the right ratio of espresso to cream to flavor syrups.
