Can taste like the best thing ever. If they just made it - WOW.
Very poor service and very rude staff.

There wasn’t an option not to leave a tip. So, I did. But strange that it wouldn’t let me not leave one. Initially I wanted the pretzel bites but Auntie Annie’s didn’t have a utensil to pick them up with. Since, it wasn’t clean, I ordered the original pretzel. It honestly tasted 2 days old, so I ended up throwing it away

Seven or eight dollars for a pretzel? Really? It's like flour and water.

Worst cashier I have ever interacted with. After I ordered she asked if I wanted to donate to an organization that was not shown on the screen. I’m not even sure if it was affiliated with the Auntie Anne’s because she had to show me a flier for it herself. When I declined to donate she said, ‘But the cancer kids!’ making me feel bad for not donating. Then, when the tip option popped on the screen I declined (because she was rude and made me uncomfortable) and she made a disapproving comment. Unfortunately, I do not recall her name but I recommend this location take action with the alt emo skinny pixy cut girl who works there (not trying to sound rude that’s just what she looks like). Furthermore, my pretzels were sub par.

I walked up to the counter and went off to the left side as the three people behind the counter were laughing joking and talking smack. As I'm waiting another employee of a different entity in the south station cut the line grabbed what she wanted and went back to where ever she came from long box braids wearing a orange vest. The male behind the counter snubbed at me and after I said my order I dropped the ten on the counter. No contact money. Well he returned the change dropping the change all over the counter and it dropped all over the counter and the the floor then he booked himself to the bathroom. Another employee which was making a Reese's Sundae Dasher was extremely rude and in that time made me miss my train and my sundae I had to throw away after she or he spoke over my item not only a bad sundae but ten dollars wasted. They took the cash and the tip jar running across the street to the dispensary using really corporate money. Keeps happening I will be more than intelligent enough to report to corporate

Really disappointed by the pigs in a blanket. First one was mediocre but they got progressively worse. Hardly any flavor of the pig.

Wanted a quick thing before train, but all seven employees kept their backs resolutely turned (no other customers). Waited about two min then had to leave.

I love combo 1 ?❤️
perfect
1st time there. Pretzel bites tasted good, but were wetish (butter? oil? ?♀️) & too salty. I ate maybe half of the order. Terrible belly ache afterwards. My friend I went with liked her food (a hotdog wrapped in something & cinnamon Pretzel bites) but also suffered a belly ache. I guess we just have the wrong constitutions for Auntie Anne's.
Lovely place to grab a quick bite while waiting at South Station. I love the original Auntie Anne's pretzel! I wish there was a little less salt on it but I enjoy the buttery texture of the pretzel!
