It's an airport Auntie Anne's Pretzels. Didn't taste very fresh and the service was brusque (even for an airport food stand in Boston). This goes without saying, but I wouldn't have been here if Terminal A at Boston Logan had better options. It'll do in a pinch.
Time 4:52pm, ordered a plain pretzel at terminal A location near gate 20 (Southwest Airline). Pretzel dry - no buttery taste and no salt!!! Waste of money! Before purchasing check to see if the pretzel shines (at least buttery taste will be there and look for salt crystals!!

This doesn’t exist anymore in Logan Terminal B. Don’t bother going on a wild goose chase for delicious pretzels.Putting this review up so I don’t go looking for it again in 2 years thinking that it will be there. :(
