More of take out place.
Good banh mi - sauce for the pork banh mi (#2 on the menu) is good but not enough meat.
Had high expectations but granted I was comparing it to the banh mi I had in California…
Would prob get again if I was hungry and was in the area, but it didn’t blow me away / I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back.
The shrimp spring rolls were ok. All the ingredients tasted fresh but 2 of the rolls had 2 small shrimp in it…not worth it.

I love this place! The line is always out the door with people buying the bahn mi. I recommend the BBQ chicken bahn mi, but make it spicy. The combination of the fish sauce pate and mayo makes for a delicious bite, and the price isn't bad at only $8. There is somewhat of a language barrier as most of the folks making your food don't speak English, pointing helps a bit or just saying what number of the sandwich you'd like. Friendly service, and if you want to eat inside, enjoy the communal table in the back.

Don't like spicy sandwiches? TOO BAD!!! I can almost guarantee 9/10 times, there's an unwanted jalapeño in the sub (despite reminders).
Also, stay away from any soups that are already packaged in those 'soup takeout containers.' On about 3-4 occasions, we've brought it home and it'd smell off. Most of the time, it's a seafood type soup, and it's just sitting out with no heating element.

What a waste of money on 4 sugar cane drinks yesterday. Normally if you’re making food to sell. You should make sure it actually looks and possible taste good. But wow the guy squeezed the canes and didn’t care that it looked dark (brown), he could have tasted and re squeeze a few more canes to make it look better but nope. He sold it like that and wow it was worse than drinking pee. Total waste. Not coming here again. Lost a decade customer. Oh not the first time either 3rd time.

Best Vietnamese homemade food in Boston. Many of the dishes you will not find in restaurants not in Vietnamese homes. Thit Kho, Ragú and few other items they make from time to time. The owner is super friendly and the staff is very helpful and patient in explaining the dishes. The best Banh Mi in Boston hands down. The Taro smoothie and Vietnamese coffee is excellent. Highly recommend this place.

Live near by- it’s convenient for residents but the foods not worth for the money, they served far less for the dollars.
Secondly, be extra careful with the early morning foods from the weekend, they spoiled by the time of 12PM during the workday.
The Boston inspector- don’t relying…

Every time I would order a drink here, it mostly consisted of ice and very little of the actual beverage. So I decided to order my drink without ice this time. At first, they tried to serve me a drink that was 2/3 full. I asked if they could fill it up and they said that since I ordered it without ice, that they would need to charge me extra if I wanted a full cup of the beverage. I have never had this experience anywhere before and decided not to order the drink. I won’t be returning because they don’t seem to be fair or honest.

Loved the experience, The store provides some seats, but for the most part is takeout place. They have a large selection of delicious Vietnamese items, Everything we tried we loved. They also sell many ingredients if you want to do your own cooking.

This is one very good Vietnamese sandwich and snack store. Lots and lots of varieties of food and snack items inside. More than you even wanted. We bought several items to try. Got a couple spring rolls, a couple drinks and a Vietnamese banh mi sandwich. Everything exceeded expectations especially the sandwich and spring rolls. The drinks were a little on the sweet side for my taste. If you crave Vietnamese snacks and sandwiches go check this place out. You won’t be disappointed. Definitely highly recommended!
Vegetarian options: Some items are vegetarian
Parking: Street parking
Kid-friendliness: Not really. It’s more a sandwich store.
