They were very accommodating when we were late for our reservation due to traffic. We were on a time crunch to catch a show and our server Emily was great, taking our order quickly and she was attentive and made sure we were out on time.

My girlfriend ordered the meatloaf and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the salmon with the teriyaki glaze and it was equally delicious. We loved the hummus plate with grilled vegetables as well as the caprese appetizer. Dominque was a wonderful waiter. He was attentive and offered perfect suggestions! I will definitely recommend Back Deck to my friends/family.

An apres matinee theater dinner on a Sunday.. ..4 friends. I had described the restaurant as American food to one of our party ... And as we were eating we realized we were eating Indian curry meatloaf, Moroccan chicken skewers, Mexican pulled pork tacos and Cajun Andouille sausage... ,we all laughed. What could be more American! Our server Ari was excellent .. shout out to her for her friendliness and service.

Great pre-show restaurant. Had reservations for 5:45 & no issues getting in & out on time for a 7:30 show. Waiter & staff were friendly & timely. Prices ere reasonable for the Downtown Crossing area. My burger was $20 - it was average in taste but plentiful & cooked to how I ordered it. It was busy. Desserts were good - ice cream sundaes. I would go back next time in that area.

The lobster roll was skimpy. Otherwise, it was a great place to eat before going to the theater because of its location.

Place was good with open walls on a lovely night. The drinks were good (cocktails and wine) and everyone decided to go with a burger. One person ordered the watermelon salad and everyone agreed that the food was good.

My aunt and I had tickets to a 7pm show. We were running late to our 5:45pm reservation due to the fabulous Boston traffic. We came in, were sat immediately and greeted with a smile. We let the host and server know that we had to catch a 7pm show. We ordered two cobb salads and they were out in minutes, and quite good! Great staff and great food. We made it to the show with time to spare. Will be back!

Booked this restaurant to have a celebration for my daughter's birthday. I described it as the occasion and motive for visiting the restaurant, there was not acknowledgment of our celebration unfortunately. Not sure if we would recommend or go back to this restaurant. Food was fine, nothing to brag about, location was probably the best of it.
We loved our dinner and Grace provided friendly and excellent service. Carlos was also kind in helping my boyfriend, who is blind, with some personal support. When arranging our visit, however, we found that the menu on-line was not accessible using the reading technology that he and other visually impaired Individuals use. It would be great if the on-line site could be made fully accessible.

We've eaten here every time we've come to Boston. We're on a cruise this time and stopped for the day. After a morning of walking and sightseeing, we had lunch. I had the Thai Chicken Salad. It was delicious. We usually have brunch, so this was different.

What a nice find!! My wife found this place when googling in the area. it was a nice dinner before the Wilbur theater. The food was delicious, the staff were great! We called up due to traffic delays and they were able to push our reservation. This worked out perfectly
