Good lunch on School street - had the Banh mi special . Was good crusty bread with all the fresh veggies with sliced ham and pork and a great sauce . I would have preferred thicker and roasted meat but it was tasty nonetheless. The streamed bau was not the best. Was economical lunch, especially for the location.

Ordered the house special and the chicken sandwich. Both excellent with a nice tangy and slightly spicy sauce. Bread was crispy and fresh while the pickled veges were nicely flavored. I ordered the spring rolls and some drinks to follow which did not disappoint.

Stopped here on a weekday day for lunch and there were a few patrons waiting for orders. Seems like most people grab and go. It is a small space with limited seating (three stools at the window seating and two other small tables with two seats at each). You order and pay at the counter. I ordered the grilled chicken banh mi sandwich and the shrimp rolls. The grilled chicken was a bit salty, but the veggies and French bread were fresh. The wrapping on the shrimp rolls were pretty stiff :(. I didn't enjoy the peanut sauce that it comes with. It's a watery consistency and sweet - lacked peanut flavor. Overall disappointed in the food. Would not likely come back here unless in the area and desperately craving a banh mi. Maybe try a different one in the future. Staff was friendly and service was quick! Looks like there's a surcharge for credit card use, so bring cash if you have it.

Delicious- tried the S4 pork- sweet, spicy, soft and crunchy! Thought I would save half for dinner but it was so good I finished the whole thing! I'll definitely be back, and next time hope to try the Pho special.

Amazing food and price with an endearing vibe on a Saturday morning (quiet, only tv playing on the background) Will definitely come back next time when I need a quick bite

My favorite spot for Bon mi sandwiches in Boston right now. My go to place changed owners and their bread wasn't this delicious French bread anymore...but this place has it! The beef is good. Someone in front of me ordered the house special sandwich, which looked like lunch meats on the delicious French bread. They are really nice, too! I would come back here time and time again. I want to try the other sandwiches but I love e the beef so much. The sauce is a little spiced, btw. Try it out!

I 100% recommend the bbq pork banh mi. The baguette was high quality, the meat was tender, and the veggies balanced out the heaviness. The iced coffee is alright, slightly bitter and watery for my liking. service is good and fast, and although the seating area is cozy it's super clean.

This is super good Vietnamese food!! I think the rice bowls are a bit of a better pick over the sandwiches, as the bread sometimes is a bit dry. Excellent - make sure to get a bit of spicy sauce in :)

I had the house Banh Mi and the Beef Pho and it was all delicious. I don’t review places often, but after recently spending a month in Vietnam, I can confidently say this was up there with the best restaurants in Hanoi.

Overall rating: 4 Stars A solid banh mi spot but not the top PRO TIP: ONLY BANH MI SPOT I'VE FOUND SO FAR THAT DOES TOFU/VEGAN BANH MIFood: banh mi, baos, eggrolls, and vietnamese coffeeTexture: banh mi, the baguettes were fresh and crispy the pickled vegetables gave a nice crunch as well! Pricing: the banh mi here are on the steeper side going for $9 but it's probably due to being in the middle of Boston! A vietnamese coffee is $6Ambiance: The ambiance is unique, it's a mixture of a bunch of refurbished decor my friends and I find it funny when we see the American/pirate tablesSeating & Parking: 2 seats by the wall facing the banh mi counter and 4 seats to the left by the window, there is no parkingService: straight forward, may have a language barrier but the ladies there are kindMusic: noneBathroom: noneFinal comments: solid banh mi spot for lunch, fast service

Tourists for a few days in Boston. Delicious & good quality Banh Mì (vietnamese sandwich) better than others in town and in Chinatown. Also tried Pho (vietnamese soup). We came back twice. Much appreciate the service and friendliness of the staff.

Was hoping for an authentic meal at this super low key place. Waited 15 min for a flavorless pho. First and last time.
