First time experience at Banners on a Sunday before a comedy show. Paid $125 to have “priority” seating which really is just your fee to be able to get a reservation. I was desperate and so I paid this but would never again in the future. Our server was nice and accommodating - the hostess was unfriendly, I assume overwhelmed by how busy it was. I can't imagine what it must be like before/after a Celtics or Bruins game. Food was fine but not worth the price of admission.

Our server was a trainee-Petra. She is OUTSTANDING! Food was very good except for the churro donuts. They were not fully cooked. Yuck

Waitress was pleasant. Food was satisfactory, but the meals took a long time to come out. Almost felt like the order was forgotten. My daughter was brought the wrong order, and she ordered a Shirley Temple but the bar was out of grenadine (it was 5 at night).

Great location. Glad I made a reservation before the concert. My wife's salad was excellent. Service was great, friendly, and upbeat.

First time at Banners before a concert at the TD Garden, the food was excellent! We will be returning!

Our waiter MICHAEL was very attentive. This is the perfect place to go for a quick bite to eat before a show or sporting event at TD Garden. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone if you're looking for a high energy bar atmosphere. While managed well run, we will be back.

Horrible experience. When food runner brought my dinner it wasn't what I ordered but she told me it was . Asked if she could bring me a menu so I could check if I made a mistake. Server came over and said they were out of what I ordered so they gave me something different. They never told me they were out, never asked if I wanted what they made. Told waiter I didn't want it and since my friend had her meal already I wasn't going to order anything at that point. Never saw a waiter again to check on friends meal, drinks etc. Had to flag someone down who said our waiter got cut so they brought us our bill and it had my dinner on it. Had to ask them to remove it from the bill. This was my 3rd time there with poor service, won't be back.

Our server moved us to another table since he was leaving. We waited over an hour for someone to come by and check on us to order and refill drinks. After we finally flagged someone down they seemed annoyed and said they would refill our drinks and find our server. 30 minutes later we still hadn't received our drinks or had a server come to us. A very nice server named Michael noticed we were unattended to and apologized profusely and got us our food and drinks. We love Banners and enjoy the amazing food and atmosphere whenever going to the TD garden for events. This experience was really unacceptable.

Great place to meet up with friends for dinner and drinks before an event at The Garden. Ask for Ray -- she is an amazing server!

All 3 starts for a huge TV and atmosphercin the bar (which is created by customers). It's hard to screw up Fish & chips - but this was the worst dish of this type I've ever eaten in my life. The most expencive beer in city which I drunk-not so much choice either. From one side service was good-the waitress came regularly and asked if we needed anything, but I had the impression that she was pushing us quite hard to order more.

Still amazing place to watch important games! But for sure they could improve many things.

Banners is seriously the ultimate sports bar! Stopped by just for drinks and to watch the hockey playoffs and had such a great time. The bartender Joe was so kind and friendly. Without having to ask, he put our game on a tv we could easily see. The vibe of this place was unmatched and it was so fun to watch all the different sporting events going on.

The screens are dope to watch a game. But it takes forever to get your food. Never got my wings and took an hr to get a burger and salad. Even a beer took 20 minutes. Def eat before you come and sit at the bar.
