Great place before or after an event. Every inch of wall space covered with enormous TVs. Service is always good but last nights service was the best we've ever had

We put in a reservation for 3 people with a special request/note that one of the three people would be a toddler, so we would need a high chair. When we checked in (5 minutes before reservation time), was informed that our reservation was only for 2 people, despite what was listed on my profile. Didn't get seated until 15-20 minutes after our reservation time because table wasn't bussed. Had to wait additional time for them to bring a high chair. Make sure to specify in your reservation whether you want to sit up or downstairs, as there are fewer beer options upstairs. We then ordered our food and waited at least an hour for 2 burgers and a kids hotdog, one burger was made incorrectly/without many toppings, and the hot dog was cold. Overall, this was not an enjoyable experience.

Great spot both before and after a game! Everything I've eaten has been tasty and I love the atmosphere.

Paid 30/each to not wait in line and reserve a table for 12 before a game. Paid 360. Showed up, was told to get to the back of the line, and then they had to split up our party because they overbooked. I'd like a refund

Went to Banners for convenience of getting into the Garden for an event. Service was slow but likely due to event. Nothing to write home about but willing to give them another chance.

We had high hopes for Banners as it seemed like the ideal.start to a night watching the Bruins, sadly we were a little disappointed. The food was ok but wasnt anything special and they had run out of Vanilla ice cream for the root beer floats. Drinks orders got mixed up and whilst the server was pleasant enough she seemed to be overloaded.

My son with 3 clients that went. He said he was on the 3rd floor which was fine, but the service was terrible as they needed to ask for settings 2 times, and she never brought them so someone else did. They ordered 2 appetizers which they never got. So, they told her at the end to make sure they take them off the bill and she didn't even apologize. The drinks took at least 10-12 minutes to get to them. And they ordered their food around 6:00 and didn't get it until around 6:45. So left there at 7:20 for the 7:30 game They are usually very good and great food and we will still go here as you cannot go by one night as it was last night. Going again tomorrow night so I am hoping it is better.

I loved everything at banners. Michael was excellent. The place was electric met so many fun bruins panthers fans. Most of all was there for the return of Marchy that had the entire building in tears. Thanks so much for the refund. I am definitely going to be back and love that we can reserve if needed. Thanks so very much. Kathy

Great location for before a game, highly recommend reservations, worth the price; only drawback were people standing against the standard tables near the bar, made it difficult to see the screens. Pretzel, burger, mac & cheese were all delicious.

Always a fun experience before a game at the Garden. Enormous TV wall is fun, if not confusing to the eyes! Reservations are an absolute must on any game day. We only have apps, but they are great. Flatbread Pizzas are top notch. Unfortunately, they had zero dark beers this trip, but they have plenty of IPAs and Lagers. Service was great too. Give it a try!

Other than Raw bacon the meals were great. The drinks were great. The appetizers were great.

They have the nerve to charge a gratuity when making a reservation. And that gratuity doesn't go toward the bill. How does that make sense? Who get's that gratuity? I paid $100 just to be able to walk in and sit down for dinner before seeing a show at TD Garden. Why? The only good part was our waitress. She was great. The steak tips were rubber. The burger was overcooked. I refuse to send food back at a restaurant so we ate it, paid, and left. We won't go back. Plenty of other options that don't charge ridiculous fees to walk in and sit down. Seriously... ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS JUST TO WALK IN AND SIT DOWN. Think about that.

Way too crowded, way too loud! Could barely keep a conversation with my wife It was so loud. We had people's a**** in our faces at our table Due to people being allowed to stand up behind the bar stools in the aisle. Will not likely return.

So convenient to TD Garden! We went to a show and had very good service and pub style food. It was a fun and noisy atmosphere-just like it should be -in this sports entertainment venue.

This was the perfect spot to eat before concert at TD Garden. The waitress was so friendly and personable. The food was delicious. The GIANT TV was amazing. Could love to watch a game sometime.
