They have the nerve to charge a gratuity when making a reservation. And that gratuity doesn't go toward the bill. How does that make sense? Who get's that gratuity? I paid $100 just to be able to walk in and sit down for dinner before seeing a show at TD Garden. Why? The only good part was our waitress. She was great. The steak tips were rubber. The burger was overcooked. I refuse to send food back at a restaurant so we ate it, paid, and left. We won't go back. Plenty of other options that don't charge ridiculous fees to walk in and sit down. Seriously... ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS JUST TO WALK IN AND SIT DOWN. Think about that.

Way too crowded, way too loud! Could barely keep a conversation with my wife It was so loud. We had people's a**** in our faces at our table Due to people being allowed to stand up behind the bar stools in the aisle. Will not likely return.

So convenient to TD Garden! We went to a show and had very good service and pub style food. It was a fun and noisy atmosphere-just like it should be -in this sports entertainment venue.

This was the perfect spot to eat before concert at TD Garden. The waitress was so friendly and personable. The food was delicious. The GIANT TV was amazing. Could love to watch a game sometime.

Great atmosphere, thats about it. Food was rushed and undercooked, waitress was literally in outer space. Probably one of the worst wings Ive ever had if im being honest. Go somewhere else if coming into town

Service couldn’t have been worse took 35 minutes for our server to bring over drinks. Got the buffalo chicken dip and ended up with food poisoning from it last night. Threw up Buffalo chicken dip for hours 👍 Would recommend never going here
Only stopped in before a show at the Garden for a few drinks and an appetizer. We had fast, friendly service from Lennox (I think that was his name). Great bar, great music (90's/early 2000's hip hop). They did end up changing the music to Disney songs since it was a Disney concert. I'll be back.

Banners was packed on the night of a Katy Perry concert! We opted to stand at a table for no wait. Great beer selection. We just got apps - the guacamole and chips were phenomenal. Better guacamole than ive had at a lot of Mexican joints. However the BBQ chicken and pickle flatberad was a bust. Pickles had no flavor, chicken was mediocre. Thank God my wife got the guacamole because the flatbread was a big bummer.
Definitely a cool sports bar though with great service!

We had a 5:30pm reservation at Banners yesterday and were seated right away... but waited 45 mins for drinks and an hour for appetizers. Our waiter was kind, but clearly distracted. No water refills, no check-ins, and no offer to order a meal/drink re-fills. I never leave restaurant reviews because we are very understanding, but this service was NOT it. Paying to reserve seats wasn’t worth it..you might be better off at the bar or going somewhere else.

First time experience at Banners on a Sunday before a comedy show. Paid $125 to have “priority” seating which really is just your fee to be able to get a reservation. I was desperate and so I paid this but would never again in the future. Our server was nice and accommodating - the hostess was unfriendly, I assume overwhelmed by how busy it was. I can't imagine what it must be like before/after a Celtics or Bruins game. Food was fine but not worth the price of admission.

Our server was a trainee-Petra. She is OUTSTANDING! Food was very good except for the churro donuts. They were not fully cooked. Yuck
