The staff was vary accommodating with our reservation of 6 people. The service was great. We had a wonderful time before the hockey game.

I paid $65 for the game day reservation confirmation and they gave us a table squished in between two others two inches on either side even though there were better ones available. I had requested a window table and they didn't hold one for me. Food was very mediocre. Total rip off!

Food was overall fair. Fried fish sandwich not very good. The roast beef sandwich was fair. Drinks were good.

We had a dinner reservation for a birthday and a party of 11, with the expectation of being seated together. Unfortunately, we were split into two tables, and no effort was made to accommodate our group despite the reservation. This was disappointing, especially given the occasion. Service throughout the night was lacking. Our server appeared distracted by the football game, drink refills were slow or nonexistent, and we had to request the check three separate times. While the food was good, the poor service overshadowed the experience. Unfortunately, this isn't a place I would choose again for a group gathering or celebration.

Great atmosphere for watching the nfl playoffs. Staff were great. Very fast service for such a busy place. Showing the nfl playoffs on the big screen was amazing. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Good menu . Try the wings.

Ambiance and TV viewing amazing from the mezzanine!! Food and service below what would be expected. If you just want to go drink and watch the game, totally recommend! Need to make reservation.... or standing room only on game night

Fun times! Too bad I live in San Diego and can't go back to Boston every weekend to watch sports at Banners.

It's the best spot pregame or show. The premium reservations are costly but worth it overall. We did have to wait a bit longer for service than I expected as I paid for premium service ($60) which is on top of your food bill.

Our server was great and very attentive. The food is typical bar food nothing special. It is just very convenient when attending a local sporting event at the garden.

I had a 6PM reservation, pre paid $150 for - high top table and pre paid $50 for a bucket of beer assuming it would be busy before the Celtics game. We did t get a high top, we were squeezed into a tiny U shaped booth. The beer was not there.. it was 30 min before we got to place a drink order and the waitress had no idea I had pre paid for beers. I asked for both to save time and placed out food order too.. 20 min later we got a beverage and still no beer bucket... this finally came and the waitress asked if we wanted to order food.. we had been there an hour at this point , and she looked confused when we told her we placed a food order 30 min ago .. when the food finally came, it was decent , but we ended up 20 min late for the game , even though we had 90 min allotted for dinner and pre paid for drinks This whole experience cost almost $400 for 4 people to have burgers and Miller light

I don't think it was clear that he pre-payment was just to reserve a seat. I understood it would wait to $25 per person as a credit towards the bill. Also, I don't understand why I was charged a tip through OpenTable, and then I had to give the girl a tip at the restaurant itself

Good spot if you want to grab food before going to TD Garden! This place is huge, tons of tables, booths, and a large bar area. It is two floors, would recommend making a reservation if you have a bigger party. The drinks were fun and unique and the food was your classic pub style food. I really liked the turkey club, was fresh, good flavor and the parmesean fries are definitely a must. Tons of TVs in here, perfect if you're watching a game. Pretty loud, good energy in here, overall a fun spot. Our server was really helpful and attentive.
