Danielle is an amazing bartender. I was in town for work for 4 days. I had food and drink here each evening. The food was great and the service was even better.

Limited menu, SLOW service and they hide a pre-included gratuity in the bill. Save your time and money and go somewhere more honorable.

The price point doesn't match the quality, at least for breakfast. Maple flavored corn syrup instead of maple syrup. The orange juice isn't juice but tang. For a $60 (2 people) I at least expect real food.
Hyatt restaurants are always hit and miss but this was awful. The staff is slow and forgetful.
I will skip this place in the future .

Great vibe! Best breakfast sandwich in Boston! I spent the last few days trying several breakfast sandwiches around downtown Boston, this was by far the best: hot, made-to-order and delicious. Great coffee and espresso as well. The vibe was chill, cozy, and elevated (but you won’t feel out of place if you’re casually dressed) and wait staff was very personable and professional. We even came back in the evening to watch the Olympics and have drinks (we did not have dinner). A welcomed break from all the other typical ”Boston bars”. Highly recommended.

Great food and drinks, small menu and slightly slow service were the only knocks against it!

Really good service and atmosphere but the food is bland and expensive! Definitely not worth it and won’t return as I’m a foodie and don’t mind paying a premium but not for disgusting food. If the food was good I would have easily given a 5 star review.

There are not enough stars ? I ate here on a work trip and thought I’d gone to heaven after such a long day. Second time I skipped an after the event networking dinner with a free bar to eat here on my own dime and took a friend along who has lived in Boston for decades (she’d never been), and it’s just - well, the food is incredible. The service is top notch. The salmon - to die for. The clam chowder, basically the best you’ll ever have. It’s house made, not purchased locally. The drinks - perfecto! I’m picky and my friend and I couldn’t say enough. They’re creative and seasonal with the menu and the atmosphere is warm and fairly casual but special.

We were warned at the door and we should have listened. Had to return a steak 3 times because it was cooked wrong. Other food ordered was not good overall. Do not recommend unless you are going straight to the bar. I was sad because the photos made it look so good and the overall vibe of the restaurant was good.

This is a neighborhood favorite. The food is very good and the service and bartending staff are amazing. On the nite we went there was a problem with the heat...so, the restaurant was really cold. This took away slightly from the food and ambiance. They are continuously upgrading the menu and the decor...hopefully, addressing the HVAC issues too in these updates will happen. Bar C is our go to place!

Visiting Boston for the weekend, we found Bar Cicchetti by a chance search on line. The experience was good, with a tasty burger and salad for our dinners, and good selection of things to drink. The staff were also really helpful.

A nice tranquil escape from the bustling Downtown with decent food and great service.Recently came here for dinner after work. Though it might not be the first choice for many people given its hotel locale, this place is a great spot for those seeking a dinner in a relaxed setting or a swift post-work tipple. From the appetizers, I got the half dozen oysters and the crab cake. Oysters were standard Dubxury oysters served with cocktail sauce and vinaigrette. With so many dollar oyster specials in the area, they were a tad underwhelming, so unless you’re craving them, these might be worth a skip. On the other hand, crab cakes felt like a steal for the price — two crispy chunks with a succulent and creamy interior. A generous smear of green harissa tartare coupled with pickled onions introduced a zesty twist, enhancing the cakes' flavors manifold. For the entrée, I had the steak frites, and it was okay. While the sirloin stood out with its enhanced flavors from the herb garlic butter and pink peppercorn demi-glace, the accompanying fries lacked crispness. However, considering its price and the standards of a 4-star hotel establishment, it was as expected.Overall, a satisfactory dining experienced backed by friendly service and good food. If you’re looking for a place in Downtown with an elevated yet casual meal or drink, I would recommend checking this place out.

The avocado toast is not an avocado toast. It should be called avocado spread toast. Potatoes were also all dried up & burnt to a point that it was unedible. Fruit salad was dry, old, some rotting & attracted flies as soon as it was placed on the table. Likewise, the pancake and ham were all burnt. Only thing that was served normal was the cappuccino! I cannot belive how this restaurant can serve such bad quality, low grade food to customers.
