We stayed there a couple of months ago and enjoyed everything about it. It's not 5 star luxury but the staff was super helpful, the room was nice and clean,beds were comfy and I would certainly stay there again!
This hotel is NOT a luxury hotel although you pay luxury prices. First the lobby, the furniture is falling apart. It looks nice until you sit in it. The arms of the chairs are hollow from overuse. Now about the room, no fridge, no microwave, coffee maker only makes expresso shots. If you want an actual cup of coffee you have to go to the bar/restaurant and pay for it. Do not recommend this horrible hotel. Customer Service, they have none. Front desk staff need to work on their choice of words. Information they are putting out is incorrect. Manager never came on duty in the 3 days to talk to and was told multiple times they would call me. Hotel needs new leadership. I travel alot and Do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the money and heartache.
